外面的風景加斜陽令我出奇的舒適
離巴士站步行約25分鐘， 位置好但少少難找，步行五分中到鬧市，大樓，設施比較殘舊，但我住的房間同對着外面的風景加斜陽又令我出奇的舒適，夜晚隔鄰浴室水喉聲非常响亮，接待處不常有人，但員工大多非常友善，對比之前住的青年旅舍，此間性價比一般。

Perfect!
The Hostel is located perfectly in the centre. The staff were nice, the room was clean and spacious. We only had a one night stay, but will use this Hostel again when we come again in the future for a longer stay in Zagreb.

Good location. Friendly staff.
Hostel in good location and friendly staff working 24/7. Clean and tidy. Have all you need. The only downside is that there is school located in the same building.

I had a private room and loved it, and it may have been the ketlag from the US, but I didn't sleep well at all. I think a lot was the mattress. Other than that it was great! I think the staff and location were the best parts. Tricky to find on Google maps though (for me). It's behind a corner in an alley. I'd search "meet mia" next time.

Personalmente la atención bien pero en la habitación donde me pusieron habia alguien con gripe y se la paso tosiendo toda la noche, eso fue desagradable y no higiénico, deberían tener más cuidado con el ingreso de personas enfemas. Attention ok but in My room one person have flu and Stay coughing all night, that is disgusting, please be care more because some people enter sick and is not good for the others.

Dear guest,thank you for your honest review. We are sorry that you didnt feel comfortable in your room. Sometimes its hard to control these things. We are always hopeful that guests are responsible enough not to reserve dormitories if they are contagious but if it was something obvious during the check in time we would take proper measures to ensure everyones safety. Unfortunately we were not aware of this guest condition and this person probably got sick during their stay in our hostel. Demanding that a sick person leave a hostel is never an option but if we were aware we would put them in a private room. We wish that you came to the reception and ask for a room switch immediately you noticed something was wrong, because you have a full right to demand it. If you decide to extend your stay that is still an option :) Thank you for letting us know and your experience will definietly be taken into consideration.Kind regards!Hostel Bureau team

Hostel básico e nem localizado
O hostel tem uma boa localização, perto dos pontos turísticos e a 15 minutos de caminhada da estação de ônibus. Tem estrutura de cozinha, banheiros e quartos grandes. Só senti falta de um local para secar as roupas. Estava um sol escaldante em Zagreb quando estive lá, e tivemos que estender nossas roupas de forma improvisada na janela do quarto. Cheguei um pouco cedo para fazer o check-in (enfrentei dois dias de viagem partindo do Brasil), mas a recepcionista foi um pouco filha (...) em não permitir que eu adentrasse ao quarto. Eu só precisava de uma cama! Posteriormente descobri que no piso inferior existe uma sala de descanso com sofás e almofadas. Porém, no ato do check-in não fui comunicada da existência deste ambiente. Wi-Fi péssimo no quarto. Eu dependi de meu 4G. Colegas de quarto mal educados. Fizeram muito barulho enquanto eu estava dormindo. No mais, sem maiores problemas em minha estadia.

Bon hostel, très bon emplacement!
Ce que j'ai amé le plus, c'est l'emplacement du hostel ! Il est très proche du centre de la ville de Zagreb, presque 5 min à pied. L'état du hostel était aussi trés bon par rapport à son prix !

Hostel is a little hard to find at night as it is located through a passage on the road and then all the way at the end of an alley. Had to be put in a different room as they couldn't find my Expedia booking. Room was for 4 people and we booked a twin room. No problems on the first night, but on the second we were woken up early by someone arriving. When I complained, they admitted their fault. I asked fir a refund, but they were not able to as their supervisor was away. I have not heard anything from them since. Hostel was fine. Its true that the shower doors don't allow for as much privacy as normal, but maybe that is their way to stop people having long showers ad the temperature and pressure are fantastic! Kitchen is adequate. You don't hear any noise from the street, but noise from hallway and other rooms can be annoying. Stupid humans!!!

위치는 좋지만 별로
엘레베이터가 없어서 매우 불편했고 샤워를 하는데 샤워실이 너무 좁고 불편하며 커튼도 없이 불투명한 유리도 되있는 곳에 들어가서 샤워를 하는데 옷은 남들이 다보이는 곳에서 갈아입어야된다 같은 여성이긴하지만 구래도 너무 불편하고 수치감이 느껴질 수 있으며 불을 켜는 방식도 너무 불편하고 샤워실앞에 불이 꺼져있으면 너무 무섭고 어두웠다 그리고 방을 청소하고 창문을 열어놓은 것 같던데 무슨 오만때만 벌레가 다 방에 들어와서 나갈 생각을 안했고 벌레 소굴에 나는 그날 잠이 들었다 마지막날이라서 그냥 참고 지내었는데 벌레를 너무 싫오하는 나는 진짜 스트레스였다 그리고 에어컨있는곳 바로 밑에 자리여서 나는 추위를 많이 타서 고생했었다 다음에 묵고싶지않다

wonderful staff, inconsiderate guests
The staff here are among the most genuinely nice and helpful people that I have had the pleasure of dealing with. On a scale of 1 to 10, they deserve a 12. I liked that the area was quiet and close to but slightly outside (less than five minute walk) the tourist area. Most appreciated was the hot shower as finding really hot water has been an issue almost everywhere that I stayed in The Balkans, Sadly the guests were not such a positive experience. The person I was sharing a dorm with repeatedly locked me out of the room and there was a group staying there who were constantly screaming and banging doors for hours on end. While this is not the fault of the hostel it still marred an otherwise nice stay.
