It has independent heating on every floor, A/C, Wi- Fi, storage-room with a washing machine, as well as a billiard.

Maxairado village is known for the 14th Century, Church of Agia Mavra, one of the oldest churches on the island with its Venetian steeple and splendid frescoes and icons. Celebrations in honor of Agia Mavra usually take place the first weekend of July, when the whole town gets together to dance in traditional customs and eat delicious barbequed food.
