Villa Yiota is a traditional 3 bedroom sea view villa, Zakynthian stone villa set in a beautiful countryside location and offering glimpses over the Ionian Sea to the Greek mainland.
This villa has bright, spacious interiors and its own private pool set amongst beautiful flora.
An ideal base from which to explore the picturesque Vasilikos Peninsula with its long sandy beaches and traditional tavernas to the south, and all the amenities of the resort of Argasi to the north.
With the islands’ capital, Zante Town, only 5 km away, this villa is an excellent choice for relaxing days and exciting nights.
WiFi, pool and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms are included.

Villa Yiota
there was no real engagement with the property manager, which is why I have given this section a low rating. Communication with the owner and his wife however were excellent. The villa is very comfortable in a quiet location that really suited us. The owner and his wife, who were living next door, were lovely and nothing was any trouble for them. The approach to the villa up a steep bendy track could be a little daunting at night.
