White Villa 53, secluded Villa with private pool

White Villa 53 is a modern summer retreat located in the center of Zakynthos, surrounded only by olive trees and vineyards providing maximum tranquility and privacy, but just a 10 minutes drive away from Zakinthos town or Tsilivi Beach.

The spacious stone house (200 sq.m) consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a living room featuring an open space kitchen.

We offer a swimming pool (32 sq.m) and a large garden (2500 sq.m) with sunbeds, parasols, outdoor shower and a BBQ.

The space

Our house features a big living room together with a spacious kitchen, dining area and connected working space.
Windows in all directions provide plenty of daylight and a great view to the green surroundings.
For entertainment there is a 55 inch SmartTV connected to a powerful music & multi-media system and also a small library with books (english, german and greek language) and some social games.
Additionally to the common space there are two bedrooms located on the ground floor, one master with en-suite bathroom, TV and walk-in closet. Both bedrooms have direct access to the garden.
The upper floor consists of the third bedroom with another en-suite bathroom, TV, private balcony and a great view over the green valley and the beautiful hills around.

Booking Price Includes:
· Welcome bottle of wine
· Bath and beauty products
· Towels and bed linen (Change of towels and bed linen once per week. More frequent change can be arranged with an extra fee)
· Tidying up every 2nd day (daily upon request, with an extra fee)

Kindly be advised that pool's usage is at guests’ responsibility and risk. Children should never use the Pool unattended.
