Horrible experience

The host never responded to multiple messages in the vrbo app, nor did they answer when we called, or when vrbo customer support called. Following no response after the check in time, vrbo cancelled the stay for us and we rebooked elsewhere. Vrbo was great, but it wasn't fun having to find accommodations last minute.
