Mid Lake Cabin A is a duplex and is just minutes from Cassels Boykin boat ramp.. It has a covered boat stall attached to cabin with plugs for boat chargers. Cabin has water access thru private property. The cabin is next to Angelina National Forest. Come enjoy. Cassels Boykin is a mid lake boat ramp. This area is known for the fishing. There’s plenty of parking for several rigs.

Cozy & Clean

This lake cabin was perfect for our family’s weekend stay. It was extremely clean with a great variety of amenities. The covered parking was a life saver for parking the boat during the rain. I would definitely recommend this property and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Fishing Tournament Stay

We stayed at the property for a high school fishing tournament. This is our second stay here and it is one of our favorites! Jim was very helpful with some last minute changes for our stay. We would definitely stay a third time!

Perfect place to stay

The absolute best place to stay in Zavalla. These owners always give clients great customer service. Their properties are always well taken care of and very clean, which I appreciate. I never considered staying anywhere else when I'm at the lake.

Home base for spring break

Nice spot for our family during spring break. We had good access to the Texas Forestry Museum in Lufkin and hiking at the abandoned Aldridge sawmill and Big Thicket National Preserve. Property was thoroughly cleaned with well equipped kitchen. Our boys loved the spiral staircase, although a little rickety to get to the upstairs loft. We enjoyed family game nights and beautiful sunsets!

Perfect Cabin

This was the perfect cabin for our stay for my son’s fishing tournament. It was close to the boat ramp, was very clean, everything looked and felt brand new and the check-in/check-out process was very easy.
