"The shower place had some bugs so I wasn’t happy about it but still it is worth the price and the staff were really friendly. I would definitely go again when I visit Bilbao."

"Most of the lockers were broken and you could not truly secure your belongings while you were out. The beds were not comfortable and the very limited electric receptacles were inconveniently located and ususlly being used; several of the secure charging lockers were out of order. The location is great, just across the river from the Guggenheim and reasonably walkable to other sights."

"The mattresses old, uncontrollable, tiny so you feel the springs on your back, overprice facility, very small bathroom with a dirty and so small shower even you move to water yourself. A big person even cannot fit on that shower. Really only good is the location."

"The staff allways provided help the were very nice; metro station is 2 blocks away from the hostel. The general area needs a bit of maintenance, the couches are in bad shape. Pillows need to be replaced very soon , they are dirty and not comfortable."

"Ancor prima di arrivare nella struttura abbiamo avuto il primo problema: per la struttura c’era un errore del prezzo e dovevamo pagare altri 75€. Questa é stata risolta da Expedia con la struttura che ha ACCETTATO la prenotazione. Arriviamo e la proprietaria fa finta di nulla e afferma di aspettare 3 persone e non 6. Dopo una pantomima di alcuni minuti, ci accetta. La stanza era super sporca, con ragnatele e ragni. Non ci vengono date lenzuola di cotone ma paia monouso impossibili da...

"Often time when travelling unpredictable things happen. We arrived in Bilbao after 11 which in turn left us with nowhere to sleep as they do not accept check-ins later. This was pretty upsetting after an already tumultuous day. I would never book for somewhere again that won’t be able to check us in."

"We stayed in Casa Molino for 12 days and found it to be extremely relaxing and comfortable. Juan Carlos and his family are incredibly kind and helpful, and really went out of their way to ensure we were taken care of. The apartment is the top two floors of a duplex, and is filled with delightful quirky touches that give it a lot of personality."
