“There was no remote for the TV and we asked several times for help getting one. There is no onsite help. There was absolutely no parking available even though it was stated " plenty of free parking on 39th street" this is just absolutely not true. The local people laughed when asked about street parking being available. The check out process was unclear as I couldn't get the key box to open back to depsosit the key back. The studio was really pretty dirty and only 2 bath towels for 2……

“The place is lovely! Very clean and well stocked with all of the necessities. Parking was easy to find and off street which was convenient. The place was very comfortable and safe. We walked to many of the local restaurants and had a great time! Host was very helpful and responded quickly to our messages. Would definitely stay here again!! ”
