Great place to stay especially in summer.

Great accommodation, clean, friendly staff. Location is probably great for summer, a little out the way for winter. The ski boot room is far too get to inside. Pillows are a little uncomfortable, but other than that everything is great.

Train tracks right next to hotel make sleeping difficult. First night, our room was extremely hot due to malfunctioning thermostat Obvious black mold on all window frames inside the room are a hazard with a toddler that touches everything. Rooms are tiny, not family friendly. Otherwise, hotel was nice. Good breakfast and nice sauna.

Don't be fooled by the pretty pictures

We were very disappointed by the poor, incompetent service at the hotel, starting with the Reception (rude and incompetent), and the cleaning staff who understood neither German nor English. And they were not even able to clean the room properly. We were present in the room during 2 cleaning services and glasses/mugs were just swiped with the unused towels from the bedroom, we had to ask for soap refill for both the shower and the sink (the level was so low no soap would come out even when pressing hard), the bottle of body lotion was already open on arrival, the staff was coming in to check the mini bar stock with very little curtesy and one occasion charged us for drinks despite us telling them nothing had been consumed. The light bulbs in the room were not functioning well on arrival, and the reception staff “got them to work” after hitting them several times. That only worked for a couple of hours. No follow up was made during our 1-week stay and we were not bothered to ask anymore. The service staff in the restaurant did not know how to deliver services of a 4-star hotel, touching cutlery with bare hands, not cleaning table cloths, not replacing heavily broken/chipped glasses or mugs,staff picking food bare hands from the breakfast bar during service. The breakfast was good, but the quality of the individual "fresh" products was sub-standard. The best and only thing about this hotel is the location :the view from the rooms are stunning.

Heerlijk weekend in de sneeuw!

Prima hotel. Helaas geen zwembad(je). Wel prima wellness. Heerlijk ontbijt. Parkeren is een uitdaging, maar wel gelukt. Dichtbij centrum (loopafstand). Prachtig uitzicht vanaf de kamers.

The hotel overlooks the famous Zell lake, with breath-taking views. The hotel is well-kept, and our rooms was cleaned every morning. Breakfast is good, but could use more varieties. Friendly staff. The city center is within 5 minutes walk. The hotel is closely located to most of the attractions around (by car). I would definitely recommend the Seevilla Hotel.

Good and directly on the lake

The view is beautiful from the room directly on the lake The place is beautiful and the breakfast is good there is not enough parking, and I parked in a different place for high amounts

Im Ganzen ist die Anlage ok mit einem super Blick. Leider gibt es auch Minuspunkte: kein Lift für die komplette Anlage, so dass man die Koffer hoch schleppen muss. Viel zu wenig Parkplätze( musste ersten Tag irgendwo in die Ortschaft parken, danach hab ich eins ergattert. Die wenig vorhandene sind sehr eng, so dass man ganz leicht eingeparkt wird( mir auch passiert).

Der Ausblick auf den See ist natürlich toll, vor allem vom Bett aus am Morgen ist einfach schön. Der Strandbereich mit direktem Zugang zum See und die mit inbegriffe Nutzung von Stand Up Paddle und Co ist super. Beim Frühstück haben wir einmal beim rausgehen Handschuhe gestehen, danach nicht mehr. Fürs Buffet wären Handschuhe oder mehr Desinfektionsspender schön gewesen. Ein Kellner beim Frühstück war echt klasse, sehr freundlich und aufmerksam! Auf dem Zimmer im Kleiderschrank hing ein Zettel, was das Zimmer enthalten sollte, zudem einen Wasserkocher/Kaffeemaschine. Nachdem wir bei der Rezeption nachgefragt hatten wurden wir nur wie ein Auto angeguckt, als ob wir nach sonst etwas gefragt hätten ... Hatten uns sehr auf den morgentlichen Kaffee im Bett mit Seeblick gefreut.

First of all, the hotel Is a bit difficult to get to as it requires that you drive down a pedestrian walk way. Then there was s not enough parking so we had to give our car keys at the reception desk. Our room was described as a superior room however there were very few windows that opened so we had the leave a side door wide open to allow fresh air and some coolness into the room. The This presented a security risk and would have allowed tons of water into the room in the event of rain. The balcony could be accessed by a 1 foot step up. The hotel is right next to the train tracks. So sleeping was hot and noisy. We requested a room change but we’re told repeatedly that that was not possible although we observed empty rooms and guests checking out. Fortunately, we were allowed to check out after 1 night even though the website said our 4 night reservation was non-refundable

Das Service Personal ist unqualifiziert, keiner hat uns begrüsst oder verabschiedet, beim Betreten des Restaurants. Beim Essen kam immer eine Hektik auf, da sah man sehr deutlich, dass keiner der Kellnerinnen oder Kellner diesen Beruf erlernt haben. Das Essen: Beurteilt selber: Auf der Karte für das Abendessen stand, Wienerschnitzel von der Pute, und das in Österreich, ein Wiener würde sich schämen, dann noch ein Zürcher Geschnetzeltes. Ich bin nicht nach Österreich im Urlaub um ein Zürcher Geschnetzeltes zu essen! Es macht den Eindruck, die Gerichte sind aus den 70 er Jahren. Ein wundervoller Ort direkt am See, weit und Breit gibt es kein Hotel, dass so viel Liegewiese direkt am See hat, doch sie machen nichts daraus, über die Hälfte der Liegen haben kein Kissen, bei der Frage ob sie die Kissen noch nicht aufgelegt haben, kam die Antwort, sie haben keine mehr. Parkplatzsituation ist eine Katastrophe, sie haben ca. 10-15 Parkplätze vor dem Haus, wenn diese belegt sind kam die Antwort von der Rezension, ich soll das Auto öffentlich parkieren. Im Übrigen frage ich mich, wer die 4 Sterne vergeben hat, dieses Hotel verdient höchstens 3 Sterne.
