"Nice hotel, great location, nice restaurants just outside. Hotel had a bit quirky decor, but everything was very clean. The staff were very helpful all throughout. We had the quadruple room as we were a family of 4, nice spacious rooms, kids loved the big bed with the curtains. The breakfast was nice, good variety although pastries were a bit dry, and coffee wasn't the best. Both of our connected rooms had aircon, which was nice, however the set up was a 1 panel on the wall to control temperature and then an old aircon unit at waist level, both had a really bright lights when turned on, so was a bit tricky to go to sleep. Overall we enjoyed the stay, thank you to the staff for being so helpful"

So friendly on arrival, really helpful, gave us a map and wrote on it directions and some great recommendations for walking routes and eating and offered us recommendations for breakfast. Hotel was great location for the lake and rooms were clean and tidy, slept great and would definitely recommend."
