Visit with family

This property was great for our multi-generational family. The different levels were perfect for privacy, although I wouldn’t recommend it for a person with mobility issues. It was located only a few minutes to the casinos, shopping, restaurants and beach.

Great Place in Tahoe

The house is well set up for a bunch of people with the bedrooms spaced out and a good living room for group time. The house was well provisioned and it was really great to have a/c as it was very hot. The property manager was helpful and answered all questions promptly. We would definitely return.

Great place, lots of red tape

The cabin is very well laid out, has great AC, passable wifi and is nicely furnished. My only criticism is the increased amount of administrative hassle required, including sending pictures of credit cards & drivers’ licenses, requiring docusign signatures and requiring us to print out our own parking permits that then had to be filled out. It all felt rather intense and unnecessary compared to similar rentals.

Good just a few flaws

The sheets could have been better quality. They were itchy first day but I washed them and much better. Only ac units in two rooms but was quiet with windows open. Lots of space.

Nice getaway

Very nice property in an area close to everything in South Lake Tahoe. The house itself was very clean and well stocked for everything we needed. Kindof close to other houses, so you couldn't be too loud without being heard by everyone.

Excellent location

Our experience went very well. Property was as expected. management company was excellent. It was very close to casinos and ski resort. Our kids had fun hanging out in the loft and the split level design was perfect. Everyone had their own privacy.

Nice stay

We had a good time in South Lake Tahoe. The house was close to casinos, restaurants and lifts. Property manager was a pleasure to deal with as we had a cable/ internet issue but was able to get someone out the next day. Sleeping arrangement was just right for our group.

Lack of communication

Lack of communication.. The fridge was not working properly contact property management wanted me to troubleshoot an outlet also? Knowledge of troubleshooting skills which I thought that was really disrespectful also it was really hot in the property the AC window unit was on she also told me if I knew that was an AC unit which I thought that was really sarcastic from her.. Also waiting for my deposit haven’t seen it go back in the account

House needs maintenance

Positives: location was great, close to everything. House was clean, beds comfortable, and kitchen fully stocked. House is on 4 half levels which initially seemed awkward, but actually gives ample privacy. House has been updated for the most part and accommodated my family with parents and brother well. Negatives: House needs maintenance. Railing on outside stairs weather worn and gave my father slivers in his hand when he used. Dishwasher door has to be latched or falls open, door for soap dispenser broken. Faucet in one of the bathroom sprayed water upwards towards mirror, couch and loveseat are shot (Okay for a college dorm but not in a home rental) Arm badly torn, cushions fall forward. Toilet leaked requiring family to frequently lift lid to get the flap to close, shower drain extremely slow in one of the bathrooms. If these items are addressed, I would recommend this property, but as it stands we feel we paid too much money for a vacation rental with so many issues and we were disappointed by the negatives.

Family getaway

We came up for the July 4th week with 10 members of our family. There was plenty of room for everyone and access to our other family was easy from Lakeside Village.

Okay, not great.

Overall the place was okay. The pictures were a little deceptive as they made the place look bigger and newer than it really was. We didn’t realize that it was 4 half stories with multiple stairs. This made it difficult with toddlers as we had no way to block all the staircases off. We were there during summer time and the place was pretty warm in the afternoons(83-85, which is fine because we weren’t there most of the time). It didn’t cool off until 10-11 at night. There was a small portable AC unit that helped a little but not much.

The townhouse was very clean and user friendly. It accommodates all of very well.

We had a wedding to attend that was very close to the town house so it was perfect. Very clean and sunny.
