位置佳，環境乾淨舒適，早餐好吃
位置非常好，飯店距離車站步行約2分鐘。招牌不明顯，會稍稍不好找。這次住的房型是可以直接在陽台看到馬特洪峰，空間很寬敞，裝潢感覺蠻新的、乾淨舒適；唯一美中不足的地方大概就是浴室的乾式分離還不夠確實。自助式早餐好吃且有提供泡麵十分特別。全天候提供免費的礦泉水和蘋果供房客攜帶外出時食用。無線網路很順暢。

位置好，干净
酒店设施挺新的，提供胶囊咖啡和红茶，离火车站不远，就在最热闹的那条街上，周围吃饭的地方挺多，离coop也不远，服务人员挺热情，早餐还算丰富，有水果，有泡面。

飯店離車站不遠，車站出來直走左手邊就到了，房間很大可以看到馬特宏峰，衛浴很棒，房內有咖啡機也可以煮熱水，有室內拖，床旁有插座可以充電，有附吹風機，早餐好吃

Nice hotel close to train station
The hotel is very close to the train station, like 5 mins walk. The room is pretty quite and clean. And it is nice to have lift. The breakfast was also good. And the hotel personnel was very nice and friendly. To conclude, it is recommended :).

Average hotel, not feeling too welcoming
We stayed for 3 nights, the location is convenient to Zermatt station and cable station. Room size is large ,clean and modern. You will be disappointed if you are looking for country style hotel, otherwise is all good. Staff in hotel is willing to help but just looked a bit grumpy and annoy. Something wrong with the room heater, is ON during the day and OFF at night. Out of everything, we are very disappointed with the hotel breakfast. Basically no selection, the food didn't look fresh. Luckily, there is a nice coffee shop "Petite Loyal" and a nice bakery near by. This hotel is okay but Zermatt is a resort. The whole village is surrounded by hotel.There are so many nice hotel in Zermatt, so for our experience Testa Grigia is average only.

到達策馬特時間比正常可CHECK IN時間早了一些，櫃台人員還沒有值班，由老闆接待入住。老闆相當親切友善。 房間的環境應該是近年內有翻修過的感覺，都相當新穎，床組很舒適好睡，櫥櫃很大，方便帶很多衣服物品的自由行旅客。對於要多住幾天策馬特的人，相當方便。 浴室很大很乾淨清爽，設備都很新，有浴缸，使用上很舒適。 早餐很好吃，是我們在瑞士十天旅行中最好吃的一家飯店，雖然不是最大最豪華，但是很好吃，很有家的氣氛。 走出去就到策馬特主要街道，很多有名的餐廳或商店都很近。 要去搭纜車或高山火車都很近，地點非常好!

看訂房照片本以為小小舊舊,,反正策馬特都不便宜,,找間方便的就好了!結果原來它重新裝修過,,,廁所華麗又大,明亮方便!且很大!!還有陽台我們在陽台吃點心看看書很舒服!!早餐也很豐盛,,對旅行者來說是很好的了!有電梯!地點很好不怕萬一下雨還要找飯店,,,就在火車站旁!房價合理,,缺點是陽台是通的大家共用地所以記的要關好門0窗!但不是大問題!到策馬特絕選!

Staff are very helpful.
A good hotel, spacious room, with coffee maker so you do not need to go to the restaurant every time you want some hot water. Location good, just minutes walk from train station. A good choice of restaurants and shops nearby.

Very good living experience
The hotel is very tidy, not so far away from train station, staffs are nice. No great view from the room. Not many food for breakfast. Generally speaking I will still rate it for 85 marks.

The most cozy room we experienced in Switzerland
The room is newly renovated with very new and clean carpet, comfortable beds, great toilet facilities, and a coffee-maker which my spouse enjoyed so much. The hotel is very conveniently located, with 3-minute walk from the railway station. You will get a number of shops and restaurants around, but it's not noisy at all (because of the good sound-proof windows of the room). I have no reservation in recommendating this hotel to anyone of you if you are going to stay in Zermatt.

This is right in the middle of Zermatt so there is a lot of background noise. Our room was small, but clean. Although the balcony was a little tiny. The breakfast was just ok - not a lot of choices if you wanted a hot breakfast.

The room was very hot and we were across the street from a noisy bar so could not leave the main window (door) open. There are 4 stairs that make it difficult to haul up luggage and is not handicapped accessible. The breakfast attendant was more interested in her phone than clearing dirty plates from small table. Breakfast was excellent but coffee was lukewarm.

Value for money hotel for short stay in Zermatt. The toilet looks newly renovated and was excellent, but the bed was too soft and pillows too flat. Free breakfast was a plus. Overall good.

Location was excellent and close to the Zermatt train station and some ski lifts (Gornegratt and Sunegga). Getting to other conveniences such as restaurants, cafes, ski rentals etc was easy. Our room was small but adequate; they could improve on the bedding especially the mattress which was lumpy - so back support was poor. The bathroom was very narrow and could be tricky for individuals who are not so ambulant. Housekeeping was excellent. Breakfast offerings were uninspiring - especially when you stay 7 nights.
