雖然是2樓，但還是可以非常清楚地在早上看到黃金馬特洪峰，在房間中就可以縮時攝影，不需要到外面的拍照點，非常美麗。早餐好吃，晚餐也很美味(有沙拉吧)，唯一可以拿來說的就只有離火車站稍遠(走路快些約12分鐘，有小坡)，但是走遠一點就是為了看馬特洪峰

櫃檯接待人員很熱情，房間很大，陽台可以看到馬特洪峰，離看日出的橋走路約5分鐘，到主街上也很方便。距離火車站步行約15分鐘，但飯店有提供免費行李接駁車，可以事先告知抵達時間或到車站的時候打電話告知，非常方便！

The hotel located nearby the train station. Staff are nice and wiling to provide suggestion. Room ready right before we arrived which is a bonus. Terrance located on common area with great view of mountain Eiger. We had great time and enjoyed the stay. If I must complain, the only thing I thought of is wifi, it works with mobile but no on laptop.

The hotel is quite far away from Zermatt station, strongly recommend to arrange shuttle bus pick-up, plus there is a staircase going up to hotel reception, the way to hotel is really exhausted if you are carrying heavy luggage a. Breakfast is so impressive! Room is decent and I like the lighting, toilet looks a bit old but very clean. It’s better to have a fridge. My room has a view facing Matterhorn and we enjoyed the stay very much! Thanks to Family Perren !

Really recommended hotel
This hotel is the best one we have stayed in Zermatt. It is not so close the train station, but with free shuttle service it is not a problem at all. The room is really good, quite, and clean, and with comparative inexpensive price. The dinner and breakfast was also really good. I would choose it again if I visit Zermatt.

Friendsly staff. Nice breakfast
Remember use their free shuttle between train station and hotel. Otherwise need to wAlk around 15 mins. Friendly staffs and nice breakfast. Would love to visit again.

Beautiful Mountain View
About 15 mins walk from Zermatt train station. Room was clean and the bathroom was quite spacious. Very friendly staff and great breakfast too. Very close to most Zermatt attractions.

Brilliant experience with this hotel
I specially booked the "Modern Alpine Room with Matterhorn View" for two-night stay. The room is big enough, the bed and pillows are comfortable. Shower room is convenient, meets general standard and offers body soup, shampoo, and conditioner with good smell. Sunshine comes to my room every morning. The most excellent point is seeing Mt.Matterhorn every morning with gold light. You can enjoy the Matterhorn at the balcony, in your room wear, and no need to stand up under windy day outdoor. Breakfast buffet is ordinary Swiss type, with different kinds of bread, yogurt, cheese, and juice. Good enough for me. Really enjoy my stay, and highly recommend.

This traditional swiss hotel is located in the city center of Zermatt.walk about 10-15 minutes to the hotel and staff are friendly. Breakfast is good.The only downside is that you have to checkout at 10 o'clock.

All the staff (especially Nico, Danielle and Maria) were very helpful, knowledgable and kind. It's a family owned hotel and the owners continually checked in with the guests. The rooms are clean. We had a lovely view of the Matterhorn from our balcony. The TV is on the smaller side but we didn't even switch it on so we didn't care. We only ate dinner at the hotel once but it was very good. The location is a quick 5-7 minute walk to the main street and a few minutes from the bus route to the ski lifts. They also have a ski room which makes things convenient.
