與車站只需步行五分鐘，十分方便，職員十分有善，房間有露台能看到Matterhorn, 十分整潔，房間也很漂亮，早餐非常豐富，有炒蛋香腸，咖啡茶應有盡有。如果我再到zermatt必定會再入住。

房間設施比較舊，但整體都舒適。Mini bar啤酒汽水都是免費，所以加分。露台望到馬特洪峰，亦可能睇日出，不錯。酒店離火車站五分鐘路程，位於非熱鬧的一側，絕對適合喜歡寧靜的遊客。入住和離開都有電動車接送，十分方便。員工感覺比較冷漠不夠熱情，但都有問必答相當helpful。

Very comfy room! Nice view from my room. Clean and tidy. Staff were nice and helpful. Not extremely close to station but still very convenient. You just need to walk like 5min to get to main street, where you can find supermarkets and restaurants etc.

The breakfast and dinner were very good. The internet was good. The view was good. The location was good. The receptionist Anne were very friendly and helpful. No electrical kittle in the room,Anne told us that we could ask service people to get hot warter. We stayed for two nights so we asked for hot warter in our warter bottles several times. When I asked for hot warter on the second day evening, the service lady told to a colleague and he immediately went out and looked who was looking for hot warter. Their whispers and looks made me feel uncomfortable. In general, the room was good and service was okay, and the experience with service people were unpleasant.

This hotel is good, walk from train station within 5 minutes. The room is clean and tidy. Everything is nice, especially the receptionists.

Zermatt nice
Close to the train station. Clean and friendly. Great breakfast included with the room. Walkable town with great early season skiing. You don’t need a room with a view of the Matterhorn because you’re going to ride the lifts and get pictures up close anyway. While it’s expensive to visit (eat out and shop) the Sunstar was reasonable and we’ll worth the stay.

Schlechter Ausbaustandart, einem Garni entsprechend und niemals einem 4 Sternehotel. Das Hotel ist seit März 2020 auch ein Garni. Das Frühstücksbuffet minimal und schlecht. Der Wellnessbereich nicht einmal der Rede wert! Das Personal teilweise sehr war freundlich, manchmal aber so unerfahren, dass man noch selber zeigen musste, wie man ein Bier zapft...

Had a wonderful experience! I recommend this property for： 1. Stunning view of the village and Matterhorn from the balcony of my room 2. Very good breakfast buffet 3. Well-designed room with nice decorations and lights 4. Staff speaks excellent English 5. 5 min to the train station, the main shopping street and Gornergrat Bahn station, 2 min walk to Sunnegga station 6. Lastly, when I checked out, there were pouring rain. The staff kindly drove me to the train station!

Our favorite of all the hotels
Warm hotel with super friendly staff. We cracked a window every night and loved falling asleep to the mountain air and the sound of a near by creek. Waking up to crisp mountain air and a view of Zermatt isn’t a half bad way to start the day. Breakfast was above average and the dining room and patio were perfect.

Loved the staff, the stunning view of the Matterhorn (pay the extra dollars, it’s worth it cause the balconies were like an extra room in the hotel!), breakfast was one of the best I had in Switzerland. Convenient to everything yet not packed in with hordes of other hotels and people. Close to the (free) bus stop so didn’t have to walk to the base of the mountains every day. Perfect place at a good price. Also the spa downstairs was my 6 year old kids favorite part of Zermatt outside of zip lining!

Zermatt Unplugged
Das Hotel liegt in Fussnähe zum Bahnhof. Empfang war freundlich! Zimmer zuoberst mit seitlicher Sicht aufs Matterhorn und durch ein kleines Fenster direkt! Bett war bequem! Badewanne im Zimmer fand ich originell aber mässig praktisch! Dürfte zudem etwas mehr Licht über dem Lavabo haben! Frühstück war soweit gut! Angebot fand ich für die Hotelkategorie etwas mässig obwohl man verschiedene Eierspeisen zusätzlich bestellen konnte! Abendessen wird im Moment nicht angeboten (Folge der Pandemie). Preis-Leistung war gut! Ich finde die eine oder andere Auffrischung des Hotels wäre nötig aber im Moment wohl zurück gestellt! Aber ich kann mir gut vorstellen da wieder mal zu buchen!
Aussicht aus dem Zimmer allerdings nur ein Seitenfensterchen! Vom Balkon hatte man seitliche Sicht

Albergo pulito e confortevole. Non offre servizio di ristorazione. Colazione: manca frutta fresca. Alla ricezione parlano solo tedesco e inglese. In una località rinomata come Zermatt mi aspettavo almeno il francese. L'italiano purtroppo viene sempre dimenticato!!
