“L’accueil de Maria nous a séduit. Elle est d’une gentillesse et elle s’occupe de ses clients aux petits soins. Elle est très accessible et nous donne d’excellents conseils. Maria fait vraiment une différence. On se sent comme à la maison. Il y a une vrai ambiance familiale. Un gros merci à toi Maria !!! Et la nourriture à son restaurant est vraiment excellente ☺️ ”

Nous avons discuté longement avec le propriétaire et le directeur général et, outre les installations haut de gamme, tout est concentré vers l’hospitalité et la personnalisation du service. Le personnel prends le temps d’écouter et d’adapter leur services, prestations et conseils en fonction de nos commentaires. Ils prennent le temps de rechercher le meilleurs conseil.
Le DG à prit le temps d’aller marcher dans les oliviers avec nois afin du voir Artemis, le magnifique……

“This place is a must visit in Crete. The rooms are modern, immaculate and designed thoughtfully. The hotel is perched on a hill that provides impressive views of a stunning beach and clear waters of the Mediterranean.
Check in was smooth, due to the friendliness of the staff and the restaurant is fantastic. My wife has severe celiac disease and they accommodated her allergies multiple times for breakfast and dinner and she never got sick.
I highly recommend this place for any travelers……

“Amazing hotel, staff were so lovely! The food is very tastey and flavourful. The pools were abit cooler but still okay to have a swim in. The rooms are amazing, the staff upgraded us and we had our own plunge pool which was a nice bonus. The spa facilities are brilliant and the massages are amazing. Will definitely be staying here again. Thank you so much!!!!”

“The hotel had a 80s decor and vibe, but the not-so-modern outlook is totally, if not over compensated, by the impeccable service, cleanliness, view at the breakfast restaurant, quality of food, and the ample size of the swimming pools which provide more than enough room for everybody to enjoy. We have had an amazing time there! I paid extra for a side sea view room because the picture looks like a frontal sea view, but it wasn’t, and I probably would not have chosen the same room type next time.……
