"Overall the hotel is nice, but unfortunately on the 10th floor from my room I could hear the elevator moving noise and a « bang » at each stop. This is truly not acceptable, a real lack of maintenance and design. They changed me room the next day. Also windows start to loose tightening and so we can hear the road noise."
