A spacious open-plan living area awaits you on the ground floor, which is particularly bright and friendly thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows. A cosy TV corner with sofa, armchairs and satellite TV invites you to relax. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and other amenities for 4 people - ideal for enjoying meals together. The bathroom with shower and WC rounds off the comfortable interior.
The outdoor area impresses with a spacious, covered south-facing terrace, equipped with seating furniture and a barbecue. Here you can spend relaxing hours outdoors and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. A private car parking space directly on the property provides additional comfort.
The surrounding area offers everything your heart desires. The holiday home is only about 500 metres from the sandy beach of Zierow, which is ideal for children with its shallow sandy beach.
