Top Zigzag Hotel Reviews

Mt Hood Oregon Resort, BW Premier Collection

8/10 Good

"The staff were very friendly and helpful (I’m blanking on her name now, Kelsey? Kylie?). The rooms were clean. The breakfast was delicious. We booked a room with a fireplace but there was a sign that a burn ban was in effect so they gave us a couple of free drink tickets. We don’t drink alcohol so the price of the drinks we got definitely didn’t cover the price difference for the fireplace room but we are happy to follow the rules and help keep our forests safe. Unfortunately we found out afterward the burn ban was lifted on September 23rd so that was disappointing."

Best Western Sandy Inn

10/10 Excellent

"This hotel had what you need for travel: helpful and friendly staff, very clean, and comfy beds. Our group had 4 rooms; gratefully, ours was on the first floor, as we had a lot of items with us for a wedding and this hotel does not have an elevator. It also means that we were closer to the one in our party who was in an accessible room. The room had plenty of light with places to plug in your electronic. Good thing there were so many choices because several of our outlets were getting loose. There was a nice room for breakfast. The outdoor firepit was a nice touch too. Adding some fencing to that area would make it feel safer and more private as it’s located where the shopping plaza and hotel driveways converge."
