This luxury holiday apartment, regularly awarded 5 stars by the German Tourism Association (DTV) since 2018, features two separate bedrooms, comfortable beds, a large living room, a separate eat-in kitchen with a cooking island, dishwasher, fully automatic coffee machine, a classic Finnish sauna (Klafs) for four people, a large bathroom with underfloor heating and a walk-in shower (130x90 cm), a washing machine, and a heated lounge area on the south-facing roof terrace. It is centrally located on a quiet side street in the Baltic Sea resort of Zingst.

The apartment's furnishings emphasize comfort, coziness, quality, and modern design. Wi-Fi is included. All rooms are equipped with mosquito nets. Three LED TVs, a Blu-ray player, a carport, a parking space, and a bicycle shed are also provided.
