Baltic Sea vacation for the whole family! This inviting and cozy holiday apartment with balcony and WiFi is located on the 1st floor of an apartment building with a total of 4 apartments. The Baltic Sea beach of Zinnowitz can be reached after a short walk. This apartment is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The furnishings are bright and modern. The apartment building is in a quiet location on a closed and very well-kept property. Here you will be warmly welcomed by the landlady. In a bicycle carport you have the opportunity to charge e-bikes on site (for a small fee). The charming Baltic Sea resort of Zinnowitz is located in one of the narrowest parts of the island, which is characterized by the Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser. At the beginning of the 20th century, hotels and guesthouses were built here in the well-known spa architecture, which together with the spacious promenade create a beautiful picture and invite you to take an evening stroll. Highlights included: All consumption-dependent energy costs WiFi Free parking space Activities nearby: The gently sloping sandy beach is a paradise for little shell hunters and water lovers, but sun-hungry adults also feel at home here. Schöne Ferienwohnung und freundliche Vermieter

Wir hatten eine entspannte und schöne Woche. Die Umgebung ist durch die Entfernung zum Strand sehr ruhig, trotzdem sind der Strand und die abendlichen Veranstaltungen gut erreichbar. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Mobiliar in der Wohnung hat schon ein paar Vormieter gesehen, ist aber noch gut nutzbar. Lediglich die Matratzen waren für uns zu durchgelegen.
