The holiday room is functional. It consists of a living room with extra bed, shower / toilet, TV, coffee maker, toaster, kettle. The room has a separate entrance. Free parking is available on the property. Additional costs such as electricity, water, bed linen and towels are included in the price. We also offer the possibility of a rich breakfast buffet in our adjoining BATISCHEN - HAUS Pension Moll for 12,00 EUR pp. Upon request, but depending on the season. P.

You have selected your holiday accommodation on one of the most beautiful Baltic Sea islands of Germany. You live in a central yet quiet location, right in the center of the Baltic Sea resort Zinnowitz. Our imposing promenade and the adjoining fine sandy beach with its good waves and a nearby coastal forest can be reached after about 5 minutes walk.   For high season parking is available because of overcrowding only for cars without trailer or other mounted in the rear area transport aids.
