Haus LandLust – Features Overview:

Bedrooms:
Three bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed (two premium box-spring beds, one electrically adjustable bed). All rooms are equipped with a TV and a spacious wardrobe.

Living & Dining Area:
Open-plan area featuring two cozy sofas, an armchair, a fireplace, and a large flat-screen TV. Adjacent dining area with a large table that comfortably seats 6 guests.

Kitchen:
Modern amenities include a ceramic cooktop, oven, range hood, refrigerator, large freezer, and a full set of dishes and utensils.

Bathrooms:
One large bathroom with a bathtub, walk-in shower, toilet, and spacious sink. The second bathroom includes a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, washing machine, and dryer (coin-operated).

Wellness Area:
Spa area with a sauna (coin-operated), a heated whirlpool (up to 37°C) featuring massage jets, lighting, a sound system, and an outdoor shower.

Outdoor Area:
Covered conservatory with weatherproof lounge, BBQ area on the terrace, large garden (1,500 m²) with a slide, swing, and sandbox. Carport parking plus additional parking space.

Extras:
Children’s playroom upstairs (stuffed animals, crawl tunnel), complimentary Wi-Fi.

All areas of the house are free of charge. Only the sauna, washing machine, and dryer are coin-operated (€5 for approximately 3.5 hours of use). The hot tub, outdoor shower, playroom, garden, barbecue area, and Wi-Fi are included and available without restrictions.
