Look forward to a dream vacation in this exclusive villa with pool and wellness area.



This vacation home impresses with modern architecture and modern design. It is located in a quiet part of Istria and offers its guests maximum comfort. The interior of the villa extends through the first floor and the 1st floor, which are connected by an interior staircase. In the open living room, the modern indoor fireplace contributes to the special atmosphere.

Each room has its own bathroom and is equipped with air conditioning and a TV.

On the first floor there is an additional room with a luxurious wellness area and a bedroom with a bathroom with its own entrance. Large glass walls let a lot of light into the house, and all rooms open to terraces overlooking the pool or the greenery.



In the large and well-maintained garden, there is a 45 m² overflow pool with a sun deck and a summer kitchen where an outdoor TV provides entertainment. Last but not least, you will find a variety of playground equipment for children and opportunities for sports activities that the whole family will enjoy.
