On arrival we were given a tour of the facilities. We were also welcomed with a lovely tray of mixed cookies, refreshments in the fridge and ice cream. Had a lovely stay at this beautiful property. It is located within easy travelling distance to many of the main attractions in the Istria Peninsula. We were a party of 8 and were extremely comfortable here. Enjoyed the pool and the surrounding countryside with early morning runs. We loved staying here and would definitely recommend it.

Fabulous villa, pool and gardens. Very well equipped. Lovely and clean. Quiet location. You would need a hire car but most destinations are within 40 mins. Perfect for our two families (9 people). The twin room is up a noisy loft ladder but our 12 and 14 year olds loved it!!

Die Außenanlage war wirklich super.Es waren viele gute Sitzgelegenheiten vorhanden ,auf den neuen Liegen konnte man sich gut sonnen.Der Pool war sehr groß und wurde 2x in der Woche gereinigt.Alle Schlafzimmer waren geräumig und mit Schrank.In der küche war alles vorhanden was man sich vorstellen kann.Leider gab es keine deutschen Fernsehsender.Man kann also dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen

Schönes Anwesen

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Besonders die Terrasse mit angrenzendem Pool hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben sogar einige Tage komplett dort verbracht. Ein kleiner Schwachpunkt ist die Leiter ins Dachgeschoss. Diese sollte vielleicht Mal durch eine Raumspartreppe oder ähnliches getauscht werden. Das Objekt liegt relativ weit vom Schuss, aber das wussten wir vorher und hat uns nicht weiter gestört. Innerhalb von 30 Minuten war mal an fast allen bekannten Sehenswürdigkeiten (Porec, Pula, Novigrad) von Istrien. Auch der Weg zur sehr schönen Ostküste ist von dort aus gut erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne Mal wieder.

Sehr ruhiges und wunderschönes Haus.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen entspannten Urlaub mit der Familie. Das Haus ist sehr sauber. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der nächste plodine ist mit dem Fahrrad ca 15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad und mit dem Auto 7 Minuten entfernt.

A peace of Heaven

Vi havde store forventningerne til vores ophold som alle blev indfriet! Et fantastisk hus med kæmpe have og god indretning! Passer perfekt til 2 familier! Vi var 4 voksne og 6 større børn. Poolen var fantastisk og blev gjort ren 2 gange under vores ophold så vandet altid var klart og rent! Vi elskede terrassen som var stor og rummelig hvor man både kunne sidde under tag eller åbenhimmel. Så lækkert at der var mindst 10 solsenge så alle havde en solseng! Grillen var skøn og hurtig at tænde op i! Et meget stille område hvor man tit kun kunne høre uglen og cikadernbe om aftenen og natten! Kun 5 km til indkøb i den nærmeste by med gode priser og udvalg! Jeg er trail løber og fandt hurtigt nogle virkelig gode stier i den nærliggende skov eller natursti! Men også super hyggeligt at løbe igennem de små landsbyer i området! Udlejeren er enorm venlig og havde en tæt korrespondance igennem hele opholdet hvis det var nødvendigt! Kæmpe anbefalinger til dette fritidshus som er et lille stykke paradis i Kroatien :-)

Einfach toll.

Wer es ländlich mag, ist hier genau richtig. Riesiges Grundstück, ruhige Lage, tolle Ausstattung, sehr nette und bemühte Gastgeber die bei Bedarf immer kurzfristig verfügbar waren. Zudem sauber und ordentlich. Uns fehlte es an nichts.

Schönes Haus

Besonders die Außenanlage hat uns gefallen. Schön, gepflegt, gemütlich, lädt zum Verweilen ein. Pool ist auch schön. Wird regelmäßig gereinigt und das Wasser überprüft. Während unserem Aufenthalt war der Poolmann zwei mal da, zum Nachschauen, was ich als sehr positiv empfinde. Das Haus war sauber, schön eingerichtet und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Wir hatten sogar einmal Handtuchwechsel. Föhn war super! ))) Alles in Einem hatten wir eine Schöne Zeit und einen tollen Urlaub.

Wunderschönes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche im Haus. Es befindet sich Abseits der Touristen-Hotspots, so dass man wirklich seine Ruhe hat und selber auch Abends niemanden stört. Wir haben genau so etwas gesucht, wenn man natürlich fußläufig zum Strand will, dann ist es eher nichts. Für uns war es perfekt! Man erreicht innerhalb von 30-40 Minuten so ziemlich alle Orte der Halbinsel. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief problemlos über WhatsApp und wir wurden herzlich von Mama Marija empfangen. Ausgestattet ist das Haus mit allem was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Vielen Dank für diese entspannte Urlaubswoche :)

Wunderschönes Haus mit traumhaften Garten in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben in den Pfingstferien mit 6 Erw. + 4 Kindern + Hund dort eine tolle Woche verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr neuwertig und gepflegt. Der Garten ist riesengroß rund um das ganze Haus, (nicht eingezäunt) und wunderschön bepflanzt. Es gibt ein eigene Wiese für Badminton und Fussball und sehr sehr viel Platz und Ruhe drum rum. Man hört eigentlich nur Vögel und Schafe :-) Wunderschöne Spazierrunden ab dem Haus sind möglich. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, es fehlt wirklich an gar nichts (Mikro, Ofen, Kaffeemaschine, Brotschneidemaschine, Eiswürfelgerät, Pfannen, Töpfe, ausreichend Geschirr und gute Messer, usw) Zu unserer Überraschung waren an allen Fenstern herunterziehbare Fliegennetze, ein Traum ! Ein Zimmer mit eigenem Bad ist wie eine kleine Einliegerwohnung separat im Haus gelegen. Der nächste Supermarkt (gepflegter Plodine) liegt ca 10 Min. mit dem Auto entfernt. Auf allen Seiten braucht man ca. 30-40 Min zum Meer. Einzig die ausziehbare Metalltreppe ins Obergeschoss ist etwas abenteuerlich und sehr laut beim auf und absteigen. Besser wäre hier wahrscheinlich eine Holztreppe. Wir haben die Kinder oben einquartiert, die sind gut auf und abgekommen.. Das DG ist sehr groß und hat sogar eine Klimaanlage und ein kleines Bad. Ideal wäre noch ein Griff von aussen an der Terrassentüre zum Pool. Der Pool ist übrigens ein Highlight, es sind ausreichend Liegen, eine Hängematte, eine Hollywoodschaukel und eine Loungeecke verfügbar.

Tolles Haus, sehr ruhige Lage, wunderschönes Grundstück

Es war ein schöner und erholsamer Urlaub, in einem sehr schönen Haus, in dem für uns nichts gefehlt hat. Die Aussenanlagen wie Pool, Grill, Terrasse, Liegen ist alles absolut in Ordnung. Hervorzuheben ist das wunderschöne und große Grundstück, mit seinen Bäumen, Pflanzen und Blumen ist es wirklich ein Ort zum entspannen und wohlfühlen. Fam. B. D- Velbert

Insgesamt ein schönes Objekt. Abfluss im Badezimmer stinkt. 5. Schlafzimmer im Dachgeschoss, dass nur durch eine Ausziehtreppe, die sehr instabil und im Obergeschoss ohne Absicherung ist,zu erreichen.

Ein Urlaub, der keine Wünsche offen ließ!

Das Ferienhaus liegt optimal ungefähr in der Mitte Istriens. Es ist super ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die schattige Terrasse am Haus und den großen Garten mit Pool haben wir sehr gern genutzt. Das Schlafzimmer im Dachboden ist über eine ausklappbare Dachbodentreppe erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden sicher wiederkommen.
