Luxury mountain cabin

Captivating, stunning, 2-BR, 2-BA ranch style cabin with huge outdoor deck for entertaining. Cabin view is secluded and overlooks forested area. Located in Cliffview Resort and close to other cabins if need more bedrooms for large gatherings. Hot tub is outside on deck, under cover. Cabin is spacious and has all the features of home : central heat/AC, dish washer, satellite tv, Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, gas and charcoal grill, deck furniture, firepit. Newly built in 2021. One Bedroom has a queen bed; second bedroom has 2 queens. Sleeps 6. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom. One bathroom has shower/tub; second bathroom has shower. Has corn hole boards; bring your own bean bags.

Driveway currently requires sharp left hand turn but is newly paved as of May 2022. Two wheel drive cars are fine. Fishing ponds, hiking trails & Zipline located within Cliffview Resort. Catch & Release Fishing only.

One, well-behaved dog is allowed with a pet fee. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or the beds or an additional fee may apply.

  • Standing under the Natural Bridge in Slade Kentucky. Its namesake natural bridge is the centerpiece of the park. The natural sandstone arch spans 78 ft (24 m) and is 65 ft (20 m) high. The natural process of weathering formed the arch over millions of years. The park is approximately 2,300 acres (9 km2) of which approximately 1,200 acres (5 km2) is dedicated by the Office of Kentucky Nature Preserves as a nature preserve. #Nature

  • This is sky bridge. The most massive arch in Red River. it spans over a hundred feet and about 50 feet in the air. Probably the most famous arch in Red River, it has been seen in movies. Many astro-photographers flock here because of it's structure and clear skyline. If you get a chance, the trail is only .8 miles and very much worth it. You first walk across the top of the arch, it is so big that you are halfway across before you notice your not just on a narrow rock path. then you circle around to be under the arch.

Overall it was a great place to stay. It was not as secluded as we thought, 2 houses right behind you, close enough to where you can hear their conversations. They were riding 50's which I thought was cool until they started riding them right past our porch/hot tub. The first room you walk into from outside is the the bedroom with one bed. I thought it weird that the front entrance of the house is a bedroom. That room was also extremely cold. Other than those two incidents, it was a nice stay. I just prefer more secluded and quiet. Check-in and checkout was easy, and staff was super nice and friendly.

Awesome cabin. Porch was a dream. Very clean and we will be back. Parking kinda sucked with truck and trailer but we made due. Had awesome neighbors also!!

Absolutely perfect

We rented this little cabin with another couple and had the best time! The beds are comfy! I love the big couches and the fact the hot tub is covered so we could still use while it rained this weekends the fun party lights was a nice touch!

Very nice place

The cabin is absolutely beautiful. The deck was the best part. The hot tub was wonderful. Check in was a smooth process. Didn’t get to enjoy the area or cabin that much. Unfortunately my friend got sick so we were there about 16 hours :( Not sure when I will get to come back but would definitely book this place again. So sad that we had to leave!

Kentucky mountain get away

This cabin rental was seem less. Accurate description and all very user friendly. Stayed for 2.5 weeks, good internet for working. Kitchen fully stocked for meal prep. Short drive to excellent hiking.

Beautiful stay

I loved this cabin so much! I go to RRG area from time to time and this has been the nicest stay! Loved the covered deck with hot tub and easy to maneuver hot tub cover. The roads to/from are super hilly and steep, and it took at least 20 min to drive to RRG area, but worth it for this modern, clean, peaceful stay.

Peaceful Seclusion

The cabin was everything we needed for a long weekend getaway. The house was clean and allowed us a two hour early check in! The veiws from the windows and deck are so serene. Several times we walked outside there were deer walking by. The hot tub was clean and easy to use. The deck is fenced in and that was very helpful as we brought our french bulldog. We used the grill and the kitchen and it had everything we needed. The check in process was odd for us because we did not get our check in email (probably because they extended the courtesy of early check in). You check in miles down the road, but when we called the women was very helpful. The cabin was perfect. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms was perfect for our family of 5. The location is perfect to get everywhere you want to go in the area. Highly recommend if you are wanting peace and relaxation!

Above the Pines was a nice get-a-way

The "Above the Pines" property was in the perfect location to celebrate a wedding in the "Cliffview" area and it was nicely located in an area with no visible neighbors. We enjoyed the cover deck/hot tub. The cabin was clean and we had no issues. It was a great stay.
