“Our family passed by here on a trip from California to Indiana. The attitude of their staff was very good, but I had a very bad experience with the hotel. Their quilt and mattress were damp, and it felt like they were taken out of the washing machine and put on the bed without drying. It was very uncomfortable. The corner of their table was broken, but they did not do any protection or replacement, which caused my five-year-old daughter to scratch her back directly. All kinds of experiences were……

“The continental breakfast attendant was very attentive. She made sure everyone had enough food and was doing okay. She made homemade posole which was amazing. Have never had such a great breakfast experience hotel and it was all thanks to her.”

“Easy check in, staff was friendly, helpful and amazing. Room was spacious, clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable and pillows were amazing, I need them for home. Love the late check out. They even texted after I got in my room to make sure everything was OK and they were there if I needed anything. Check out also super easy. 10 out of 10, would recommend. Will stay again when traveling to and from CA to CO.”

“Todo estuvo bien hasta que bajamos a almorzar a las 8:30 a. m. Al regresar a la habitación para buscar la billetera de mi esposo, que había olvidado, nos dimos cuenta de que ya no estaba. Nos informaron que la habían llevado a la oficina, pero cuando la revisamos faltaban $1,000. Regresé inmediatamente a reclamar, porque nosotros aún nos encontrábamos dentro de la propiedad. No entiendo cómo pudieron entrar a la habitación si la hora de salida es a las 11:00 a. m.. Además, cada vez que viajamos……

“When I checked in, I used the public restroom in the lobby. As a result, an employee jokingly said: It costs $5 per person to use the restroom. There is a fee. Maybe he was joking, or maybe he was teasing, or maybe if other customers were serious, they would think he was really charging... That's really bad...”

“Property was off the path so it was quiet. Next to some dining options with a gas station in the same lot. Felt safe and every staff member I had an encounter with was helpful and courteous!”
