An absolutely gorgeous location. Facilities are amazing, everything you should need for a relaxing stay. Very comfortable, super happy. Cheap bus route to Cavtat one way and Dubrovnik the other just a short walk up from the apartments. Would definitely visit again!

Amazing Place

Really friendly hosts who were very welcoming and showed us around Soline about where the local beach and restaurants are. Really quiet and peaceful. The pool is a perfect temperature to relax in. I would definitely come back if I ever came to Dubrovnik area again.

Stay at Soline Dream house

Property is modern and beautiful. Pool and hot tub were great, as we mostly got them to ourselves since they are only shared with a few people. Host will make reservations at local restaurants for you and gives alot of recommendations. Host was very responsive. All in all it was a wonderful experience!

Beautiful apartment exactly as described. The pool was lovely never got busy. There are about 250 steps to the secluded beach but definitely worth the climb up and down. The owner could not have been more helpful, organised our transfers and gave out plenty of information. Right on a bus route so a car is not essential, even a real time app to see where the bus is do you don’t have to wait too long. Amazing views from the balcony overlooking the bay.

The place is an experience of five stars from every angle. The view is everyone’s dream. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, the pool makes you believe you can continue the swimming right in the sea. But above everything, the host are such nice, amazing and accommodating people. I hope we’ll be back there one day but meanwhile I would recommend to anyone that plans to take a vacation to Dubrovnik. Thank you for the most memorable stay and vacation

Beautiful Stay

We had such a beautiful holiday at the apartment. Everything was as described- even better. Wefelt incredibly relaxed and Niksa and his family went out of their way to help us with any request. The property is excellently positioned between Dubrovnik and Cavtat and has its own lovely beach a few minutes walk down the steps below the house. The pool and loungers were perfect and each guest was provided for. We would definitely go again and hope to come back with a group of friends to hire a range of the other apartments. Everything was clean, beautifully looked after and we particulary loved the plants and greenery around the space. Highly recommended.

A lovely stay

The apartment was just as we hoped and exactly like the pictures.Our host went above and beyond by allowing us to check-in early with little notice. He showed us to the lovely shaded outdoor seating with beautiful sea view and gave us a drink while we waited for our apartment to be ready.The kitchen was well stocked and when we wanted to go out to eat the host had restaurant recommendations. Overall, we couldn’t have been happier with our stay, lovely place and wonderful hosts.

Wonderful place to relax

My partner and I were very happy with this flat -- the view was marvelous, the pool and hot tub were relaxing, and the staff were very responsive. The location is also very quiet and convenient with a market at the top of the street, bus connections to Dubrovnik, the airport 10-15 mins drive away, and ferry connections nearby to the Old City. We wanted a relaxing, easy place to relax and this was perfect. Big thanks to the owners!

loved this place!

Absolutely loved staying in this apartment. The accommodation is between Dubrovnik and Cavtat, both easily reachable via bus or uber. We particularly enjoyed Cavtat and visited several times. Dubrovnik is stunning but gets very busy. The apartments are kept in immaculate condition and the view from the balcony, and from the pool, is incredible. Niksa and his family are great, picking us up from the airport and dropping us back on departure. As there wasn't any guests coming immediately after us Niksa said we could stay in the apartment for as long as required on departure day. I need to give a particular mention to the housemaid, Kate (not sure it's spelt that way), she always had a lovely smile for all the guests and had a lovely personality, she also kept the apartment very clean. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Strongly recommend staying at this set of apartments, you won't be disappointed.

Das Objekt war sehr schön und der Pool einfach nur herrlich. Ein wunderschön angelegter und sehr gepflegter Garten und eine tolle Wohnung mit schönem Ausblick auf das Meer. Wir hätten uns gewünscht dass in der Objektbeschreibung genauer steht, dass es über 90 Stufen zur Wohnung sind und dass das Objekt direkt an der Hauptstraße liegt und dass es auch zum nahegelegenen Strand nur über viele viele Stufen geht. Das war etwas schade aber ansonsten war alles super.

Fabulous Apartment

The apartment was everything we could have wished for. Great communication from owners who will collect you from airport and stop at supermarket on the way for you to collect any essentials. The view was amazing and it good place to stay to explore southern Croatia. The No10 bus stops 20 yards from the apartment and takes 25 minutes to get to Dubrovnik. We hired a car (arranged by owners) and was able to visit Montenegro & Bosnia. I would 100% recommend it.

Michael and Ivor plus dad and mum where so hospertalating picked us up from the airport no problem, took us to the supermarket on the way so we could pick up some essential for our apartment, room was clean and thank good gor air con the room was well cool. My advice is get a car before you travel and collect at the airport for the remains of your stay or if yiu like walking great too but nit hot yo walk in the day time if I. Honest.pool was lobley and vlean su beds were take your pick as all empty, jacuzzi was amazing just to relax and see the views. Definitely go to Cavcat Park up then get the ferry over to old town well worth the exploring..lobley stake hous just a 5 min walk from the apartment well worth a visit good customer service overall a lovley break will be back again very soon les x jinx

Beutiful apartment and seaview!!

The apartment was fabulous. The view from the balcony is amazing. Having breakfast and looking out to the sea was wonderful . A lovely place for a sundowner too.! Swimming pool was lovely and clean and the sun beds and deck chairs really comfortable. Niksa was very helpful and we had great communication with him. There was also an outdoor barbecue area which looked really good . ( we didn’t use it but another couple did). There is a bus service to Dubrovnik (wonderful town) and to Cavtat (beautiful relaxing village) just up the road and very cheap to use. The secluded beach is a stroll away but down a LOT of stairs. Worth the effort as once there you almost have it to yourself. All in all would recommend.

It was amazing from start to finish. They picked us up from the airport and brought us back to the apartment. It was so clean and had obviously had a recent makeover. The pool was very clean and was never busy. The owners/staff where super helpful and helped us with what ever we needed. The view from the apartment was extraordinary. Would highly recommend and I will be deffo going back.

Accueil excellent d'autant que nous avons eu beaucoup de retard à l' atterrissage arrivée 22h et donc voiture louée pas dispo après 21h: le fils du propriétaire est venu nous chercher et a même été chercher une pizza dont il nous a fait cadeau! et le propriétaire le lendemain nous a ramené à l' aéroport pour prendre possession de la voiture! Propreté impeccable vue magnifique piscine clean etc Propriétaires disponibles et très aimables équipement corrects ; linge changé régulièrement ménage si besoin ( même si avoir un balai et une éponge et un peu de produits dans logement serait bienvenus) A proximité en contre bas, petite plage superbe et calme quelques locaux et résidents de la propriété; n' avons jamais été plus de 20 sur cette plage ! Bref excellent séjour logement à recommander et propriétaires top et aux petits soins

Amazing views and a perfect apartment

After reading about all the great reviews I decided to book a long weekend at Niko’s place. The balcony is a little piece of heaven, as is the small beach 10 min walk from the apartment. We used the BBQ and also tried the hot tub and the pool. But sitting on the balcony sipping a glass of wine watching the sunset over the sea was just simply magical. The host is fantastic and very helpful. Highly recommend the host and the apartment! THANK YOU from us :)
