Broken shower
The facilities management of this hotel need to be changed. Last time I have a blocked drainage at shower place, and my daughter have to stand with the firty water untiil I cleaned the drainage myself and it is full of hair of previous guests. This time, the hotel gave me a room with broken shower pipe, water spill all over the place like you are playing a water gun in swimming pool. I used to check-in late in the night, and I don't want to wait another hour for someone to fix it, or a change or room is even more messy. By the way, this is not a budget hotel.

Chose this hotel simply for its location for the airport Breakfast did not excute me at all, i expected a cooked to order for the price charged & they use side plates not the full size & we know why ... I had extremely cold scrambled egg with salmon tried to have a peice of toast & never seen a toaster like it should be on antiques road show So had scrambled egg & salmon for around £25 which was very disappointing Felt the restaurant staff need training no eye contact or greeting guests just walking round clearing tables no interaction at all

The staff are great, very friendly, fast and efficient. The bed was very comfortable as was the rest of the room. The hotel is very convenient being basically part of the airport, it took me at most 10 minutes from checking out to airport security which was also very fast and efficient. The whole experience was very much better than I hoped it would be. A lot of "verys" there I know but :-).

Never offered our Expedia VIP perks !! Had to ask !! They had no idea they were a thing! No king bed given as requested on booking so had to request a room move ! These big hotels like to think they’re something and charge for it but they’re not.. the welcome station of water and bits left empty and trashed by the end of the day not kept clean or replenished.. room way too hot no way to cool it down probably won’t pick this hotel again

The whole stay was so worry free and relaxing, starting with early check-in, room service and amazing saunas (I didn’t know they have it). I wish I could stay there for one more day just for spa, sleeping, relaxing.
