Convenient, can travel by tram everywhere easily. Good breakfast with lot choices. New renovated room, comfortable. And very important: they have AIR CONDITION!!!!! So COOL!!!!!

Comfortable, convenience and good location.
This is a very nice hotel. Good price and good location. It is very easy to travel around by tram and bus. You just need to buy one day full ticket you are able to move around all major tourist attraction location. Just 200 meter aparts, you can find a 24 hours restaurant. Yes, Zurich is very expensive in food and shopping. What we can say is the tourist spots around the main train station is full of excitement for full day programs. The hotel morning breakfast is good and has variety of choose. Sundesk is available and good for summer day morning meal. Be careful, the swiss and many European hotel don't provide the personal sanity items. You have fully prepare your own. Parking is expensive it cost 10 Euro per day. The bed is comfortable and I fall asleep easily may be due to days program consumed quick a lot of body strength. No time for TV but the in house wifi is free and good speed. Front desk staff is hospitality and quick check in and check out services. Overall, no complain during our 2 night accomodation. In comparison our next 2 days accommodation in Milano, Italy. In the city centre hotel is very expensive and easily over 200 Euro per night but only small and 3 stars hotel. Zurich offered much better and comfortable hotel accommodation and services except the food and restaurant price is relatively expensive. Driving is not easily in Zurich city centre. You have to better to drop your car in hotel and using public transportation. Crown Plaza Hotel is great.

Located in a quiet area. About 40 minutes walk to the Zurich HB train station. Helpful staff who can speak 4 languages.

Nice and comfy
The hotel itself is excellent! But some of the staff are not friendly as of a 5-star hotel seriously.. i used to be a hotelier and I really think showing a smiling face is not that difficult... some of them are helpful though. I am looking forward to seeing a more consistent service standard next time.

This is for sure a on-budget choice of hotel in Zurich, yet we were a bit annoyed with the repeated door knocks that were probably made by neighbours, giving us a sense of insecurity. Meanwhile the glasses in the room are also left with dirts on it, seems that cleanng was not done thoroughly.

The Crown Plaza in Zurich is decent…The staff is nice and welcoming. The common areas are clean/modern and plentiful. The beds are comfortable. My problems…The rooms are old, completely outdated. Stains on the carpets, aging bathroom fixtures, TVs that don’t work or intermittently (why can’t housekeeping check these daily?). And the biggest problem and something that is advertised on every website booking this hotel, THE POOL IS NOT PERMITTED TO KIDS UNDER 16! This is absolutely something that needs to be mentioned at the top of the hotel description. I even mentioned how excited my 5 y/o was to play in the pool and no one told me that he wouldn’t be allowed.
