Check in and out were both easy and stress free. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms offered everything we needed for our two night stay. Can recommend this hotel.

Check in was quick and easy. Room was spacious and clean. TV was not working but we got free chocolate in exchange 😀. Mini fridge had 5 free beverages in it for us to take. We did not use the gym nor selected the breakfast, so we cant comment on that. The only small complaint is that the window was opened when we arrived in the room and the heat took forever to kick in.

Zufrieden Hotel passt

Das Hotel eignet sich hervorragend für Business Tripps, es liegt nah am Flughafen, hat super Service am Empfang. Anlass zur Kritik gab allein der Zustand im Wellness Bereich - hier Sauna. In der Sauna hing eine Glübirne mit Verdrahtung, und aus der Sauna Türe ging ein Stromkabel nach aussen. Gleichwohl war die Sauna unbeleuchtet. Die beiden mit Kachelsteinchen umfassten Ruheliegen waren sehr angeschlagen, Kachelabbruch lag überall am Boden herum. Wer keinen Wert auf Sauna Gang nach einem anstrengenden Business Tag Wert legt, sollte nicht dieses Hotel wählen. Wer einfach nur super günstig und mit gutem Hotel Sercive übernachten möchte ist im Dormero Hotel Zürich Airport perfekt und zu super günstigen Preisen gut bedient.

Rooms ran hot and air did not work. Bathroom had some black mold in the tiles and ceiling. Sink was cracked. Windows do open but very noisy next to the airport. Staff were nice and check-in was easy. Beds were clean and comfortable. Free drinks in the room fridge. Very easy commute to the airport.

Feels more like a 3.5 star hotel.

The room was good and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. However, I wasn’t disappointed with the hotels other amenities. The gym was small and poorly maintained. The breakfast buffet was underwhelming. They reused the same bread for several days in a row and had no pastries.

Great hotel

I read reviews of this hotel after booking and was concerned. Check in took 3-4 minutes. I then noticed the elevator was waiting door open. Who ever designed this property must travel and understood what makes a stay pleasant, easy and comfortable. The room was big, with a giant comfy bed with cotton sheets ( they had just a trace of perfume) a giant tv on the wall, multiple charging ports, operable windows, the two exterior doors - one at the hall and one inside had gaskets, hall floors were carpeted, the lighting was great and it had a view over the other buildings.i heard nothing from neighbors in the next room. Best stay I’ve had in a while

Rest of hotel is fine . No one at reception

Front desk never at reception. At my check in a guy knocked the door at 12 pm to say time is up and that was not nice as I tried To ask them for extra time to pack my luggage and no one answered the phone and there was nobody at front desk . That was very rude !!

Estadía por 1 Semana (Del 30/12/2023 al 06/01/2024. 😉 Lo que me encantó de este hotel es, aparte de su comodidad y confort, su ubicación.👌 Al llegar, el chico de la recepción, me ayudó con el proceso de Check In. (aunque por un momento se sintió su incomodidad, despues lo corrigió. Otro día, me encontré a otro personal en recepción, creo que su nombre es (Ybra) no lo recuerdo, es un morenito. Fue súper amable y corrigió algo que habia solicitado con la limpieza de la habitación, al llegar pedí que fuese cada 2 días, ya que la mayor parte del tiempo no iba a estar en el hotel, fue hasta el 3er día, que lo hicieron. Y la chica del restaurante, que me ayudó con una sorpresa que iba a dar. Gracias por eso. 🙏 😐 Que considero negativo y deben corregir a la brevedad posible, es que para ser un hotel de esa categoría, la recepción en líneas generales está sola y me sorprendió mucho que para ser una época de alta demanda (Navidad), el Restaurante, estuvo cerrado. Además, considerar ampliar los métodos de pago, ya que no aceptan efectivo y en mi caso la tarjeta de crédito 💳 internacional no pudo ser procesada. Tuve que molestar a una amiga para realizarlo. Aparte de lo antes mencionado, lo recomiendo y si volvería a hospedarme.
