Our concept is based on two product types, one being Hotel Stays where the kitchen use is not included in the rate plan versus our Extended Stay package, which comes with the full use of the kitchen included. I very much regret that you faced difficulties during your stay and that you missed features which were apparently wrongly featured on your choosen booking platform. We shall have it checked and corrected if required. Your allocated Suite indeed has no washer/dryer. Guests of this Suite may however use our guest laundry just a few steps away from this specific Suite. Suite 204 has a large shower instead of a bathtub and I am sorry that your expecations were not fully met. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience you encountered while staying with us.
