The room was not huge but it was perfectly designed, with a sitting area, cozy bed niche, and balcony. The decor was lovely. The staff were very helpful at all times. The real treat however was the restaurant — upscale but well worth it, with excellent service and a menu tailored to entertain as well as satisfy. Again, the staff were perfect: friendly, efficient, thoughtful. The location, across from a tram/train hub, is probably the best aspect. Airport in 20 minutes!

The Locke Am Platz exceeded my expectations in every way. I stayed there for over a week and every member of the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable during my stay. The front desk staff were kind, accommodating, and always had great suggestions on how to utilize my days in Zurich. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and it felt like my home away from home. The location cannot be beat. The train station was right across the street which allowed me to get where I needed to go easily. Plenty of shopping and restaurants in walking distance. I was a solo traveler and I felt safe walking around the area at night. I would recommend to anyone and look forward to my next stay.

There are sime stores nearby but unlike New York, everything closes early and many places are closed on Sundays. Staff was welcoming and rooms were clean. Transportation is directly in front of the hotel and we felt very safe.

We enjoyed our night stay at the Locke. The staff were very helpful and kind. The hotel is just by the train station, which made it easy to hop on to get to the airport. The room was very clean, comfortable and we enjoyed our balcony and morning coffee!
