公寓位置離車站不遠，但房間條件實在不好，算是我住過中數一數二爛的旅館。
Although the location is quite good, the room is really simple, the shower rooms is really small and there’s a bad smell coming from the gutter/pipe, we think it’s quite overprice of this apartment, the visional apartment of Zürich is quite better than this one.

It's a 5 minute walk from the bus stop Limmats Platz. There are lots of bars on the street. Expect to hear noise all day and night. Bathroom is nice and large. Kitchen lack of cleaning detergent. Room size is reasonable at the price I'd paid for.

I stay on Friday night, the street is very loud, the room over all is ok, but very bright in the morning, since the window right on the top of your head, and the password is not correct, need to ask the person in charge again ,l and TV not work

Convenient location
The accommodation gets easy commute to go around the city. It’s easy to get the key but you can only get the password after 2pm and collect the key from the key box. There’re a supermarket and a few restaurants nearby. The room size is acceptable but the room could have been cleaner. The mattress is comfy but the pillows are extremely flat. WiFi is perfect. It’s a good choice for a short stay, say 1 - 2 days.

Good place to stay
Stay here for 3nights. Location is close to train station, supermarket is just down there, and room is nice. Just one night have some bed bugs, but generally still highly recommended.

Bad experience
Windows in some rooms cannot be opened. Unfortunately i stayed in this type of room for 2 nights. The windows are sealed, not locked. No fresh air. We should open the room door until sleeping time. Should give more information about the room condition when booking.

around 10-15 mins to zurich hb, many India and south east Asia restaurant around, no reception which means no need to pay city tax every night ( those hotel/hostel with reception in Swiss need to pay city tax every night). After you book the apartment, they will send you the link by email and you just need to input your information and generate the keybox password.

When we checkin to get the password for the room key, the link didnt work. After that Tthe hotline didnt find any ppl and the email reply in next day afternoon. No one standby in the hotel

以這個價錢訂到這個酒店，還算是滿意. 房間很整潔 舒適. 沒有電水煲、所以要煲水的話就麻煩了 要訂房的要注意, 這個酒店沒有前台reception, 什麼服務都不能提供, 所以訂完之後一定一定要出發前寄電郵給客服取得入住時的取門匙的密碼，這次很幸運遇到清潔的小姐可以幫忙，不然應該超級麻煩. 室內沒有冷氣的，如果夏天來的話要注意, 窗不能開 所以會很局促. 交通還可以，走五分鐘左右就有電車站 外出遊玩都很方便 周圍也很多食肆 食飯也很方便

Convenient and clean. The kitchen is a plus.
It took us a while to get into the building. We didn't realize that the access code was emailed to us right after the booking. It would be nice if the hotel can send another reminder email with the access code right before our stay. The room with the kitchen was very nice and clean. It is very close to the Zurich train station. Will definitely consider to stay there again.

My only comment was that as there was no reception available, I had to stick with the problems I found inside the room, like microwave oven did not work properly, no toilet rolls etc.

Obwohl es nicht erlaubt ist, in der Unterkunft zu rauchen, hat es sehr nach altem Rauch gestunken. Vielleicht sollte man die Vorhänge ab und an Waschen, damit der Gestank aus dem Raum geht. Preis/Leistung voll ok.

There are no windows that open to the outside. The only readily accessible fresh air is by opening the room door to the hallway. The room does not have controllable air conditioning. I rung and asked for the room temperature to be lowered or to be put in another room. I ended up booking and paying for a room at another establishment.

Während dem Duschen ist Wasser ausgetreten und es stand das komplette Zimmer unter Wasser. Anruf bei der Notfallnummer hieß es nur es kommt ein Techniker vorbei und nach meiner Bitte um ein anderes Zimmer wurde das Telefon aufgelegt! und danach nicht mehr abgenommen!

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und zweckmäßig möbliert. Sehr gute Betten. Das Bad war ziemlich neu und sehr in Ordnung. Allerdings ein großer Minuspunkt für die nicht funktionierende Klimaanlage. Es war eine Hitze in dem Zimmer, die fast nicht auszuhalten war. Der Standventilator brachte nur wenig Abkühlung. Auch der intensive Küchengeruch, der am sehr frühen Morgen in das Zimmer zog, war unangenehm. Es war etwas schwierig, das Hotel zu finden, denn die Orientierung ging tatsächlich nur über die Hausmummer. keine Leuchtreklame. Der Zugang war nicht sehr schön, aber es hat mit dem Code gut funktioniert. Die Umgebung geprägt von Barbershops, Dönerimbiss, usw.

I have stayed 3 nights in this property... The cleanliness of the room was good, the bed was very comfortable. The bad things i Will say it now.... The TV did not work, i had no heating in the room for 3 nights, the noise from the other apartments was very loud even after the silence hours and i could not sleep very much., if you take a shower all the water goes into your room, you need to put towels to stop entering the room. Rather than that i enjoyed my short break in Switzerland.
