No air conditioning
No air conditioning is still fine in October , no idea in summer ! Open window with ring bell every 15 minutes by the clock house 3 stations from main railway station by S4 ,S13,S17 . short stay is fine, price is reasonable in Switzerland living standard. Hong Kong style restaurant is near by. Boiler, coffee and tea have provided in the room , refreightor and fan available , socket type fit with EU type ( o o ) narrow one

it's a convenient Hotel. You just need to walk about 3 minutes to bus station even to central station it's just need about 15 minutes. It's a clean but no air condition so you need to consider if you chose this hotel in hot season. The price is reasonable to comparable with other hotel.

距離蘇黎世火車站步行約10至15分鐘，附近有一個教堂，隔半小時就要響鐘一次，晚上會難以入睡。交通算方便，附近有電車站 Tram，步行1分鐘就到，Tram裡的空間很大，能放行李。我跟家人共有3個24寸行李箱，都可以放下。而且電車不算多人，班次很頻密。我住的是3人房，房裡有4張單人床。到達當天，升降機可以正常運作。沒有冷氣，房裡提供一個電風扇，我打算開風扇睡的，可是開了之後會有怪聲出現，是每隔幾十秒出現「噠噠噠」的怪聲，不是風扇轉動的聲音，反正我是睡不著的。我必須關了風扇才能睡眠，可是外面的鐘聲又很吵，最後我終於在又累又睏之下睡著了。房間不算殘舊也不算新穎，在尚可的水平。總的來說，蘇黎世的酒店真的超貴，這是我的歐洲之旅最貴的酒店了，可是絕對不是豪華的水平，實在性比價低。酒店水準仍是中等水平。這價格在其他物價低的國家起碼住到4星中上了。

Good Price for the good location. Close to Central station and city about 10 mins by walk. There are about 10 restaurants near hotel. Only at 1F can support wifi.

I stayed here in late Jun with summer sense around 32 degree celsuis, but there is NO air-conditioning & just provided a electronic fan, Really HOT at night!! Besides, there was bell of the near by Church with time announcement at every 15 minutes past the hour which made me hard to sleep well. However, the breakfast was suprising me with standard quality!! 本人於六月下旬到埗，夏季將近，約三十幾度高溫，但酒店沒有空調，只提供一把電風扇，晚上甚是悶熱。加上酒店旁的教堂每十五分鐘報時一次，令人難以入睡！ 至於酒店早餐可算到達水平喜出望外！

For $170 a night it's a pretty junky place. I get that Zurich is expensive, but this place is pretty run down and dingy. Reasonably clean, but I wouldn't stay there again.

It is a very conveniently located hotel, just 1 min from the Limmatplatz tram stop and two stops from the Hauptbahnhof. The front staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and roomy. the price was very good.

I liked you could open the windows(not all hotels have that) I did not like to hear the bells from the church nearby in the middle of the night but that is not the hotels fault

This hotel room was small, but clean. We were only staying for one night before heading to the airport the next morning so it was perfect for us, but I'm not sure if it's spacious enough fit a longer stay. Overall though, we were very pleased with the location and general condition of the room.

Please keep in mind: we are only a 3*Hotel ... and many hotels do not provide exclusive toilet articles anymore. Since we still have smoking rooms (yes, there are still smokers on this world), the smoking was allowed. And as a city hotel it unfortunately can happen, that there is traffic on the street which might cause noise. Regarding the missing AC we apologize - but we never had or published it. Kind regards

The staff was sooo helpful at check in and when we had questions about the area, the trams and the things to do. We contacted them late in the evening for additional bedding and they responded cordially and quickly. The hotel was well maintained, clean and quiet. The three of us were delighted with the staff upon arrival and during our stay. We will go out of our way to book this hotel on our next stay in Zurich. Very highly recommend.

Wir würden dieses Hotel nie mehr buchen. Wir versuchten das Anliegen mit dem Hotel direkt zu regeln - wurden aber nicht angehört. Meinem Freund wurde gesagt das Hotel sei für 2 Nächte gebucht und die zweite Nacht würde im Falle eines Check-outs verfallen. Danach musste er dann aber trotzdem für eine 2 Nacht bezahlen (einen erhöhten Preis.....)
