highly recommended
great location, right next to the station. It's very comfy. Although the restaurant isn't open but they provide good meal in your room during lockdown.

Een ontzettend goed ontbijt met a la carte opties en ruime en schone kamers. Ga zeker terug mocht ik weer naar Zwolle gaan.

Location and hotel is very good. Staff needs better training, indicated a service was included on checking in and voided it when checking out resulting in an unsuspected charge back ruining the overall stay.

Perfect
Extremely comfortable room, very clean, the hotel staff were so polite and courteous. The breakfast was tasty and very varied and the hotel in general was spotless. The location was also perfect. We would definitely return and recommend to our friends and family. Thank you Pillows for a great stay!
