“The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. Staff tried to fix it but she said tomorrow at 7 am people could come to fix it or we could change rooms again. We do not appreciate the service but we did not want to change rooms again. “It was 11 o'clock in the evening, and someone on the 4th floor was constantly making loud noises and stomping on the floor, I live in 3 floor, I try to sleep, but it is hard because it is loud. I called the service desk twice, but the problem was not solved well. The most basic thing a good hotel should provide customers with a good rest. I have stayed here at least five times and was very disappointed this time.”

“Sits close to a highway so a lot of road noise. Very old decor in the room. Worn paint and fixtures in the room. Heater in bathroom did not work.”

“If you like the constant smell of weed, this is your place! I inquired and they just said they are not sure which room it is coming from, yet.. Rooms are smoke free 'today', not in the past. Seems there is fair amount permanent State provided residents, Halfway housing and\or other. Breakfast is so/so processed slop. No eggs, no meat, but not worthless. The whole place is pretty run down. I booked for the pool, but was not quite excited once I saw it. I rarely feed the need to write a……

“Had a horrible experience and would not stay at this hotel again. The loudest hotel I have ever stayed at. Our air conditioning unit sounded like a plane, ran rough the whole stay, and the room fridge ran all night. The shower didn’t have a curtain liner, the curtain was like a bed sheet and was ripped in several areas and leaked water out of the shower. The bed was lumpy and even, overall horrible hotel experience.”

“Very nice stay full of local history and trains. Nice to have ear plugs provided.”

“Pro: Staff was fine. Nothing special but did what they needed to. The room stayed cool through the night. Con: Everything else! The room was not clean at all! Hair on the shower wall, in the sink, on the counter, and on the floor. NO HOT WATER! The shower, at best, got to lukewarm. The sink didn't drain. We were there on probably their busiest night (STP) but I would still expect a clean rom especially for $140/night!”
