「we booked on the day that we travelled and i did not check email and host sent us email and asked what time we arrived but i missed it. Well take a bit to contact reception when we visited coz we are a bit late and phone not connecting very well. So, remember to check email before you go coz mostly europe hotel closed early at reception. The other day, we go down , all i can say is excpetional service from host and reception, even breakfast. 「Saubere und gut gepflegt Unterkunft. Durch die alte Bauweise teils hellhörig, hauptsächlich der Fussboden. Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gute Auswahl beim Frühstück. Im Kühlschrank, am Frühstücksraum, stehen gekühlte Getränke (kostenpflichtig) bereit. Bei heißen Wetter ist der Pool sehr einladend.」

「Sound insulation is bad whever people passing corridor and closing door. When next door closing their toilet door, the ceiling sounds and move a bit. Otherwise the service and staff are nice.」

「The hotel is far away from the town. The map they offered was wrong! (It is located at, Via Naviglio Alto, NOT Via Naviglio Paganini.) After taking off the bus, you have to walk 15-20 min before reach the hotel. The free bikes are very limitted. I did not get any one during my stay.」
