「The hotel was beautiful and spacious with lovely views. The staff was quirky. The bed was hard and the hot water didn’t really work. One thing to note is the road out there is rough and unpaved. We had one grab driver not be able to make it up and we had to walk in the dark. 」

「Highlight of our trip! Sapa is quite a busy town with busy traffics and constructions everywhere. However, this hotel is located just 5 mins walking distance away from the city center which gives a more private and quieter vibes in comparison while it's still easily accessible to everywhere. Our room has such a great view to the mountains and its always refreshing to wake up to such breathtaking view every morning. We also joined their "Out Of Sapa" tour which was also amazing. 「We were surprisingly upgraded to the executive suite which was a fantastic surprise. It had a lovely view and a really comfortable bed. They also had a free shuttle service to the main town, but it's also walkable (about 10-15mins), if you like walking. I would stay here again.」

「The view of the valley and train is stunning. However, there are construction sites around. And the day we stay, there was a wedding party at the garden, which is really noisy. 」

「Sapa house is awesome. Especially, the manager, Joseph, has good attitude. He will help you to book everything you want like the local tour, the train or bus tickets and the price is fair. We had a good stayed ever in Sapa. Also, The room is clean and the location is good and quiet.」

「優點的話大概是房間很大, 有手動門鎖, 早餐雖然選擇性不多, 但還不錯 缺點是沒有電梯, 主要是高樓層要爬來爬去的, 熱水要等, 洗熱水有點麻煩, 然後這邊離搭車地有點遠, 自駕的人可能沒感覺, 但搭車來的人, 從司機放下的地點走到這裏有點遠, 而且是山區, 得拖著行李往上, 回程更是麻煩, 如果要搭大巴, 要走好久, 搭出租車又超貴 另外這邊是民宿, 並不是飯店, 所以晚上老闆娘會等門, 但我還是比較喜歡飯店, 隨時進出自由, 尤其來沙巴玩, 會喜歡去逛晚一點, 但來民宿感覺壓力很大就是了 」

「The hotel was in very poor condition, rooms were very bad mould around the sinks and shower base . I didn’t stay in the hotel. I checked in to a different hotel. 」

「Value hotel. Room was Ok and bed comfortable enough, but it seemed a bit grubby - area behind bedside table (moved to plug in phone charger) hadn’t been cleaned in some time. Staff weren’t very friendly. Breakfast was not available - despite what the description said. Lots of road noise (horns etc) throughout night. It’s quite a hike up the hill from the town. Great price, but you get what you pay for. 」

「We only stayed for a couple of hours while we waited for our bnb check-in, the room was lovely and we had an awesome view of the mountains. The lovely girl at reception was also very kind a helpful! Would stay here for longer next time.」
