“The hotel was recommended in Lonely Planet, and it was as they described. The hotel itself is a bit run down, but the staff were very friendly, and I appreciated that they carried our bags up the three flights of stairs! We were on the top floor, and the room was large, quiet and clean. The attached restaurant is also very good.”

“Convenient and easy for seeing the turtles. The room was okay and all that’s needed. The organisation was slightly odd, a bit too much time waiting in a lobby whilst waiting for any kind of instructions. Arrived when told for the tour and were waiting for atleast 30 minutes before any clarity. ”

“The staff were friendly and helpful but the hotel, although quite a nice building, needs an upgrade.
Perhaps this will happen before next season as we were told that it has recently been taken over by Nomad Inns.
There was no water in the swimming pool and despite being told that it would be filled the next day it never was.. The shower room smells of drains which is quite unpleasant when cleaning your teeth over a basin with smells wafting out of the plug hole.
The tiles need renewed or at the……
