「My wife paid Expedia for the room in full when she booked it. I arrived on Sunday and on Monday my wife informed me that they had charge our credit card for two nights. I confronted the management with our payment to Expedia and the charge to our credit card and they said they would take care of it. 「The breakfast was the most disgusting breakfast I’ve ever had out of the thousands of hotels I’ve stayed in. None of the appliances in our room worked. We lost power in our room at one point, and the staff tried to blame us for charging our phones in the plugs in the lamps. They were not apologetic or friendly. Needless to say that will be our last visit to a comfort Inn and suites especially that one.」
