"This was a nice place to sleep. That is all I needed it for. Pool and hot tub open til midnight. Pizza oven available in lobby to use. Only inconvenience was staff was short on keys and could only give us one."

"Back Pond Cottage is a beautiful home and has a great location. It has a view of the lake, comfortably serves 10 people, a block away from downtown and marina, and a wonderful decor. "Breakfast was very minimal: they just had coffee, fruit, and some muffins. You can choose not to offer breakfast, but this wasn't enough if you're going to claim to have one. Otherwise, the hotel was fine. Clean, comfortable, and internet worked."

"This was our best VRBO stay yet! The lake house was perfect for our family. Lisa was helpful and so responsive. The lake views are beautiful and we enjoyed the kayaks, paddle boat and pool. We also loved the small town, the kind neighbors and the Tucked Away restaurant around the corner. Our whole family would happily welcome another visit!"

"We had a great room, fantastic location, quiet, private, beautiful lake view. The building floor plan is hard to navigate, especially if you have a long way to go with luggage. Better signage would help. Also I had no idea you are aligned with Choice, as a Gold member, it was disappointing not to take advantage of the discounted rates. I spoke to someone at the front desk, they were able to give me the rewards I am entitled to as a member. I feel the Choice alliance could be promoted more."

"Our stay went smoothly from start to finish. Emily provided excellent details about the check in process and how to take advantage of the garage full of bikes, kayaks and games. The cabin is small but the front porch is the highlight of the space."

"Highly recommend. Everything you need is already there so it makes packing easier. Perfect location. Great fishing right off of the dock but not great for swimming late July. We have gone back 4 years in a row."

"Fantastic! Good northern pike fishing right on dock. Plenty of wood for firepit. Plenty of room for outdoor activities. Loaded gameroom for teenagers . Numerous outdoor chairs. Marina and golf course 5 minutes away. Host always available. Wildlife abundant. So quiet!!"
