「服务员很大声的敲门，致使我被惊醒，心有余悸」

「It is fine, but I don’t think it is a 3 stars hotel」

「Front desk friendly. Room not ready 2 hours after check in time. Room we reserved not available. Staff said site had been overbooked. We were given smaller room but not compensated for change. Breakfast buffet was a pitiful joke. 2 hours before the end of service, there was no hot food and limited other choices. We had to send out to nearby restaurant for breakfast」

On the second night I...

「Environment quiet, air conditioner too noise」

「Customer service was great. The rooms/bathrooms were the cleanest in most hotels I have stayed in. I would definitely stay again.」

「很讚 早餐好吃的服務好」
