「Super nice staff. The hotel is old and in need of renovation to keep up with what you’d expect from a Holiday Inn Express (or their competition.) But that’s ok for a night or two. Really no complaints. It gets the job done and doesn’t smell bad. The rooms are just beat up, it’s old and dark as compared to other $150/night places.」

Wish they had more than one elevator because we had to wait for others to get off etc. Not bad.. the room did smell like smoke when entering.. but went away after some air fresher was sprayed. 「Nicole was great greeting me and providing information. The breakfast was excellent. I rated good on the room due to there being a slight odor. Not sure if from smoking. The beds, however, were as comfortable as a much more expensive hotel. I had a great night sleep and that was most important.」

「This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The property’s condition was unacceptable. After checking in, I immediately found the room was not acceptable and left within minutes. The hotel acknowledged the issue and told me they would refund the full charge. They even issued a credit to my credit card, but then reversed it without explanation. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter directly, I was unable to get the promised refund. I ultimately had to dispute the charge...

The front desk staff was pleasant and accommodating. The room was very clean, smelled good, and had a comfortable bed and great AC. I would stay again.」

「We got in very late and we got checked in. The place was very old & dirty. There were dead bugs laying around. The bedspread had cigarette holes in them. We looked for bed bugs but thankfully didn't find any. It smelled like marajuana had been smoked in there or under us and the dead bolt on the door was cut out so it didn't lock. 「There is no Quality in this Quality Inn. The pool has been "temporarily" closed since Sept. of 2025. Rug was very dirty. Breakfast was better at other places. Parking was nice it was right at the door. Too much late night traffic. Ice machine was broken had to walk to the next building to get ice Peeling paint in the bathroom. NO handicapped rooms available. Bedroom wall was scratched up, looks as if a dog did it.」
