「The property was clean and new. The staff was very polite and the breakfast was usual cereal and waffles etc. It’s close to downtown medical area where we needed to be. This hotel is very nice and half the price of medical district. Will stay here again.」

「The hotel is very quiet and easy to find. It's a bit far from the bustling streets, but the breakfast provided is excellent, and there's a convenient gym available. However, after I left my room early in the morning, the staff might have thought I had checked out. They cleaned the room and accidentally threw away my water bottle and hat. When I returned, I couldn't find them, which was a little upsetting.」

「During my check-in yesterday, I noticed that the bedding (bed sheets, duvet cover, and pillowcases) did not appear to have been freshly changed. After contacting the bedding, my skin became itchy, which raised concerns about cleanliness. I reported this to the front desk, but initially, the concern was dismissed based on photos, and I was told that no replacement could be arranged because only one staff member was on duty. After I reiterated my discomfort and hygiene concerns, I was eventually...

「I received an old refrigerator and an even older microwave; both items should have been thrown away. The tub wasn’t clean and the toilet was very low to the floor. The balcony had chip paint that came off on your hands and arms. This hotel needs some upgrades, but it does have potential to be a wonderful place to stay. The front desk staff are wonderful, very nice and helpful.」

「We paid extra for early check in, please allow the team to do 3 pm check in. We had no extra toilet paper, no extra towels and the room wasn't quite ready. No shade to the hotel or employees. We have stayed here for years and it is our favorite ro stay」
