「非常推薦!雖然離機場比較遠多一筆水上飛機費用，但海上我跟海灘屋都超美，包三餐跟飲料的服務也很方便，島上也有中文服務，中文服務人員Cathy人很親切，有問題都會幫忙處理，飯店唯一缺失是東南亞服務人員對歐美人士態度比較好，對亞洲人比較差」

「RAAYA Life with Chef Shyamal and the Juice King was awesome. At RAAYA by Atmosphere, this place is a home away from home when you feel like family. This is the best vacation experience, and I have been taking exotic vacations for years. RAAYA life experience would not have been the same without Chef Shyamal, Anky, Mohan, Juice King and many others including Kaka from house keeping. 」

「Everything was nice and staff were friendly and helpful. Room service twice a day and our villa was maintained in a very comfy condition throughout our stay. Great food choices. A 6-day stay here was just too short. Definitely try their mocktails - we never had enough!」

「The resort itself is very nice, but the water villa section is in a worse area where the watter is very muddy and rocky (some very big and sharp). Better not go in the water for a swim at low tide since you can't even have a one foot visibility. Suggest taking the beach villa instead. At least you can go to swim from your villa. The lagoon villa on the sand bank is way too expensive, 2-3 times higher which is unreasonably high in considering that sand bank isn't too awesome, though the water...

「We did Joali for a 15yr anniversary trip. It is a long trip from North America but well worth it! This place is heaven. The website is actually really understated, it’s hard to describe how beautiful and luxurious things are once you arrive. You get a personal butler to meet all of your needs and arrange things.
