「Great place, well furnished and equipped. Floor to ceiling windows. Staff were working to fix the broken AC when we arrived, which thankfully worked. Complex is Directly on the beach with several lounge chairs and umbrella areas on the property. It’s a rocky beach in front of the hotel but good swimming on the left near the river. 」

「Communication from the owner was excellent. The staff was amazing and patient with our lack of Spanish. The food was delicious and made dining stress free for my wife and me. The grounds and pool were also quite nice. If “bang for your buck” is a priority, I recommend La Maracuya. It’s a little remote, but we wanted some quiet time, and the location didn’t prevent us from exploring. We visited the pacific beaches and El Valle de Anton via rental car. Thanks for caring for us during our stay!」

Just amazing, sand & sea just a few steps. Internet wifi stopped to work, but this wasn't a issue for us, as the plan was to rest and disconnect from the world. 」

「We stay at a clean room equipped with basic but usefull kitchenette. The owner prepared daily breakfast charged with flavors and plenty of love. Have to say that we were treated like family. I suggest to try the home-made banana & nuts muffins, they're delicious. 」

「The property is overall tidy with a large, covered terrace and a garden. The owner treated me as a friend giving me good advice and any possible assistance, for instance bicycles are available free of charge. He keeps a friendly dog welcoming every guest without any harm. The house is located beside a stream of fresh mountain water. I'd like to come again.」

「Everything was great at the site. Beautifully appointed with lacquered wood, stucco, and tiles. The grounds are also beautiful. The host, Victoria, was unusually obliging. Can't say enough about this one. The downside is that Expedia booked two rooms for me and I was charged for the one I didn't need. 」
