「My husband and I had a fantastic stay at Roncolo! The hotel is new and beautiful, everything is clean and stylish. The hotel, pool, and restaurant sit on a large area of secluded land so you feel very removed and peaceful even though you’re only a few minutes from the nearest town. The staff were amazing, very friendly and attentive. They offer free wine tastings of their cellar and balsamic tastings. The restaurant was great, delicious tasting menu. 「The only issue I experienced was with the television. The remote control did not work. The staff tried to replace it, but that replacement did not work. The third remote worked intermittently, the television only responded after pressing the buttons multiple times. It was almost impossible to navigate the channel guide. I gave up and by that time the reception was unstaffed.」

Im Hof eine kleine Sitzecke, um die Sonne zu genießen. Wir haben das Frühstück nicht genutzt, daher kann ich dazu nichts sagen. Bei Abreise haben wir einen Kaffee erhalten, sehr nett - danke!」

「Don’t be fooled! The hotel is behind what looks like a derelict industrial building so far from prepossessing. BUT it is a really good hotel when you get round to it - good parking, clean, helpful staff etc etc」

「Das Hotel ist in einem gutem Zustand, die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet und es gibt eine Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher. Kaffee und Tee stand zur Verfügung. Einen Flaschenöffner gab es nicht auf dem Zimmer und auf Nachfrage sowohl an der Rezeption als auch in der Bar, war es nicht möglich einen Flaschenöffner zu bekommen (was ich als sehr enttäuschend empfand). Der Spa Bereich ist Aufpreispflichtig, was nirgends in der Beschreibung stand. Was ich ebenfalls als enttäuschend empfand....
