Poor sanitation, smelly room like urine, very poor service. Blanket is a flimsy bedsheet, towels are beach towels...wirh big yellow stripes. Nobody listened to my concerns. People from the front desk are not very helpful no towels too and every time you ask for the manager that just ignore and there Is a guy in the front desk his name is Bryan this guy is rude not very approachable. I didn’t enjoy my stay at all

Staff. Host hard to deal with. Made us pay more money to be upgraded from the tiny room we were in. Expected me and my partnerto sleep in a single bed, when I am 6‘1“ tall.
