Service is excellent. Reception lady is very friendly. Cleaners are very helpful when i got some requests. Pool is clean. But breakfast was out of my expectation

Très mauvaise expérience à l’Hôtel Pansy. Le personnel n’est pas professionnel du tout et le service laisse fortement à désirer.
