「The service is good with hotel staffs able to speak fluent English. Only flaw is the room is a bit small and there are quite some mosquitoes inside the room.」

「Vi valgte Unawatuna frem for Galle for at komme tættere på stranden. Secret garden ligger i anden række fra stranden med meget nem adgang. Stedet er en fantastisk kombination af en gammel kolonial bygning med omkringliggende have, og moderne srilankansk tilgang til gæster. Vi følte os meget velkomne i et stort hyggeligt værelse med de nødvendige faciliteter. Dejlig morgenmad til fleksible tider.」

「Here is only one positive thing about this hostel is rooftop restaurant and amazing guys and ladies who work there. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TO BOOK THIS HOSTEL. And you don’t have to be the hostel’s guest to be able to visit this cool rooftop. Everyone is welcome. I had a private room which was located on first (=ground floor). The day light didn’t come through that made my stay really depressive and dark all the time. Meanwhile, the dorms are on a second floor and even with the ocean view. A...

「Its a great time to stay here, but they got 3 branches ...so prob they will take u to another one after u arrived ...but all of them r pretty close to each other ...stay away of the city tours and i think it will be fine ...」

「It’s a very nice place with a great view over the beach, the location is amazing. Next to the hotel there’s a lot of restaurants and shops as well as a massage place for relaxation. Kumara the owner was very friendly he followed up on WhatsApp until we arrived and got our rooms. The rooms are simple but comfortable. I highly recommend it in Mirissa.」

「Das Chill House hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Anlage ist top gepflegt, das Zimmer war sehr sauber und hatte tollen Meerblick. Das Personal ist immer freundlich und um unser Wohl besorgt gewesen. Zum Frühstück gab es eine Auswahl an Gerichten aus denen man wählen konnte. Am ruhigen Badestrand stehen ein paar Sunbeds zur Verfügung. Der Surfkurs bei Harrys Surf Point mit Darshana war sehr gut. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und können es nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. 」

「Room was small and dark, described as a one bedroom but it was a studio. Common areas were nicely decorated. Restaurant was good and breakfast was included and had lots of options. Hotel did not advise they did not accept credit and then staff became annoyed when we took too long to find a bank machine. Probably better suited for single people and couples rather than families.」

Sehr ärgerlich, jede Nacht bis 3.00 Uhr laute Musik und Wochenende sogar bis 6.00 morgens, Vorhänge kann man nicht ganz zu ziehen, sodass um halb 7 schon die sonne reinscheint, wird richtig heiss dass zimmer, dass man nicht mehr schlafen kann」

「Great hotel in Mirissa which was very close to the beach (you do have to walk there or take a <5 minute tuktuk ride). The pool was beautiful and clean. Good breakfast in the morning. Would stay there again!」

「Vet inte riktigt hur jag ska placera det här hotellet. Det är nytt och fortfarande relativt fräscht. Det känns som ambitionen finns där för vad det är, men man når inte riktigt dit. Det känns som att det fattas något för att få en mer personlig touch och för att man ska trivas fullt ut. Frukostbuffén är okej, men inte mer än så. Gott om färsk frukt dock, vilket är en stor bonus. Har maj inte specifika frukostbehov, så hittar man förmodligen något som man vill äta. Det som hotellet vinner...
